This location of this hotel is fantastic. It is very central. This is my go to hotel in Copenhagen. I have stayed here many times.
However, I found the the service of the hotel declined a bit. I have paid for a room overlooking Tivoli gardens, but when I arrived it wasnt available. I have requested the hotel they should look in to this, but I had no reply. The receptionist said they will try to transfer me to the room I paid for next day but to no avail. I stayed 3 nights.

Right beside the station, lovely quaint hotel with friendly staff, easy walking reach to most Copenhagen sights and a great breakfast.
Not much, the shower in our room wasn't great but our previous stay the shower was fine.

This hotel is established in an old building, but well refurbished, with an incredible panoramic lift, without the inner door. It is located a few steps from Central Station, between the Red District neighborhood and the Tivoli Park. The breakfast is savory and varied, worth to pay in advance. Enjoy the herring, the wild salmon and the vegan caviar! The room has a good middle size and the shower is potent. Beds are soft, but comfy. Windows are sound proof. We rented 2 bikes directly from the front desk, DKK 150 for 24 hours. Staff is gentil.
As everything in CPH, the fare is quite expensive. There wasnt a telephone device in our room, a minor but important issue.

Lovely historic hotel adjacent to main station and opposite Tivoli gardens. Close to transport. Open door to balcony. Old world interiors. Newly opened restaurant Angelini served excellent food and service from the new restaurant manager was exceptional. Would thoroughly recommend.
Bedroom was small which meant one side of the double bed was against the wall. Bathroom was very small and needs renovation. Room are apparently going through this process. Breakfast selection was fine but needs replenishment more often.

This was a very charming hotel which oozes lots of old world charm. Our room was nicely decorated but not as modern looking as the rooms in the website photos, but I think the rooms are being renovated over time and for the price we paid, I was more than happy with our room. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of variety. We had an issue with our flights to London being cancelled at the last minute and had to make alternate arrangements. Unfortunately we had run out of credit to make phone calls on our travel sims and could only contact British Airways by telephone as they can't be contacted by internet. Our room phone could not make international calls. But due to the excellent help we received from the night receptionist Raul who allowed us to use his personal phone to make an international call to the airline, we were able to book alternate flights. We were so greatful to Raul for his excellent customer service. Best service I have ever received at all the hotels I have ever stayed at around the world. Customer service is 6 stars.

The hotel is very close to the main railway station. It is a stylish old hotel upgraded to modern levels. The lift is a marvel. The room was well-equiped and comfortable.

Renovated room was nice. Breakfast ok but not superb. Restaurant was just opened again but we did not test it. Excellent location. Nice view over tivoli.
There was no minibar/fridge although it was supposed to be. Some traffic noise and if there is some concert in tivoli that can be heard very well.

Location is really good.
The infrastructure was outdated. The breakfast room was very dirty. During one of the breakfasts, I came across a poorly washed spoon with traces of food on it. Also, I think the choice of breakfast was not suitable for a four-star hotel.
