Location is great! You can go anywhere you want by train or by foot.
I have stayed on 3rd floor, one of the rooms looking to train station. Room smell like wood or moisture. If you are sensitive to sound, trains maybe bother you.

Allocated a refurbished room but no wardrobe, we were moved promptly - thank you The location is superb, near station, opposite Tivoli, easy stroll into town. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. We had a great time.

The historical aspect of the hotel.
Restaurant staff made eating inthe Restaurant not enjoyable. The food was ok. No phone in the room. Hard to communicate with the front desk.Sad how one staff person can ruin a stay.

The location was good, near to train station and Tivoli. Plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. The newly renovated room is big and nice.
The newly renovated room we stayed, did not have a phone which we could use to call. I had to run down to the reception to ask for a hair dryer with my wet hair and was told that none available as the housekeeping person had left for the day. :( The toilet floor is very slippery when it is wet, so can be dangeorus if you are not careful. The room is a bit dark in the evening with the minimal lighting.

Staff were very helpful & friendly. Good location if arriving/departing by train. We happily walked or rode bikes to all the major tourist spots. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and had a jazz trio on Fri & Sat nights.
The property is an old heritage style building which has its problems. The lift is from a bygone era, which has a lovely classic appearance but is slow & wouldn’t pass OH&S standards in many countries. We had to change rooms because our toilet malfunctioned & water pressure on the top floors is poor. Keeping such a property up to standards would be hard. They have obviously had many complaints about noise because they provide you with ear plugs on the bedside tables (we didn’t feel the need to use them). Frustrating that you have to pay such high Copenhagen pricing for pretty average room facilities.
