Location was really the only great thing about the property.
No water heating pot for coffee/tea in room (although they had the instant packets!). No phone in the room to contact front desk for a remedy and I was too tired to go down 5 flights to report the problem. Also, they use these tacky wall-attached soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers that are difficult to use (the contexts drool down the sides of the containers!). They must be a lot cheaper than having little samplers to use which are MUCH easier to use and usually offer better fragrances.

In front of central station , for easy transportation wherever is required.
besides the nice room and jazz bar, the hotel has no garden , pools or other walkable areas.

Hi, we really loved the location. We stayed for one night. The hotel is situated right across from the train to the airport. It’s a very central location—close to Tivoli Gardens, the main street, and everything we wanted to see in a single day, all within walking distance.
The lighting in the room was extremely dim! During the day, we were forced to open the curtains (we were on the first floor)—I’ve never encountered anything like it. If it matters to you, ask for a quieter area; the hotel is located near the train tracks, and you can hear the train every time it passes. We didn't receive towels on the day we arrived or the next day; the staff claimed there was a shortage and asked us to dry off using two small face towels. I spent 10 minutes in the lobby and the elevator got stuck twice; it seems to be a known issue, as there is a large note inside explaining how to release it. That didn't work for us, so we were forced to use the stairs. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, but the staff was too small for the number of guests staying at the hotel; we had to clear and set the table ourselves. The waitress was lovely, though, and apologized.

Lovely hotel, very comfortable, stylish, well appointed rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was a blessing and a curse - right next to the train station so we could arrive anywhere in the city within minutes. But loud train noises ran through the night
We deliberately booked a hotel to be close to the central train station but didn't realise our rooms backed right onto the tracks. The hotel did the best they could by providing earplugs and we kept the windows closed when sleeping.

Disappointing
The single room was so small that I barely could fit my luggages in the room. There was no telephone in the room. I couldn’t call the staff if there was any issue. Case in point, my water kettle didn’t work. When I wanted to have coffee in the morning, I couldn’t boil water and there was no way I would go to the lobby wearing pajamas. Therefore, I had to give up having coffee.
No telephone in the room. Water kettle didn’t work. There was no bath tub so water spilled over to the floor after shower.
