What is there not to like! A beautiful facility with the attention to detail that most hotels do not seem to care about today. We arrived early and were allowed into our room after a short wait - completely unexpected but appreciated. Everything was top notch and the breakfast was wonderful.

Location is 10/10. Next to Tivoli Garden, metro station, Hop in Hop off bus station, food markets and etc. We took room for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) - it was enough space for us. I have read comments about hotel being old and not renovated, but we couldn't feel anything bad about this - we found it very authentic.
Sofa bed was not comfortable and very noisy, also train station is next to hotel so you can always hear trains.

The hotel is conveniently located. It was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helped us work with the airline in getting our luggage to us, which had been delayed. The restaurant at the hotel was nice also.

Really cute bar in the lobby! The beds were comfortable and staff was super helpful. They let us check in at 8am (after our overnight flight) because they had an open room which was very kind.
It was near the train station and we were on the first floor so we could hear the trains (they did provide earplugs which was nice)

Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. Good room with a good view. Comfortable bed.
The light switches. I couldn't use the bathroom at night without switching on the main light. I asked for a mat to avoid slipping in the shower area. I was given an extra towel for the second night, which was fine, and would have liked one for the remaining nights. Apparently this had been forgotten and I was asked to make a request for each day at the desk. I forgot to do this. It would have been useful to have a telephone in my room to contact reception.

The hotel has real character - you can feel its history the moment you walk in. The beautifully preserved old elevator is a highlight in itself and adds to the charm. A lovely, atmospheric place to stay.
Nothing to complain about. If anything, I wish I'd stayed a night longer.

Location, location, location! Although the hotel is close to everything, my room was very quiet at night. And it’s less than two blocks from Tivoli.

The location was very central. The room was beautiful with high ceilings and a rain shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was accommodating and polite.
The iconic, 100 year old elevator broke down once, but it is part of its charm!
