Charming old style hotel with excellent customer attention and care. Excellent location to Central train station and Tivoli Gardens. Great buffet breakfast. All aspects of hotel were meticulously clean. Would definitely stay there again.

I needed somewhere close to the train station - so in this respect it was OK. The jazz trio playing in the library bar on Saturday evening were sensational, but I wouldn’t have known about them except the reception staff made a passing comment.
As a solo traveller who pays the same price for a room as travelling couples, I don’t expect a room with a tiny single bed and a view of the air conditioning plant. The staff were kind enough to relocate me to a larger room if I was OK to put up with noise from the train station. Both rooms were old, with marked walls and chipped paint work, nothing like the refurbished rooms on the web site. The air conditioner did not work so I was provided with a small desk top fan which rattled all night, the TV wasn’t a smart TV so only able to access local Danish TV and there were no laundry facilities or service on a Sunday. In light of this I was offered complimentary breakfast, but this doesn’t make up for poor accomodation and poor sleep.I couldn’t find a hotel services compenduem.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, old building, modern interior, and cool atmostphere. In a prime spot in the city and very accessible.
They had a fitness center, but only machines and dumbells...no cardio equipment, which I found very strange!

Perfect location. Right next to the central station and across Tivoli gardens. Cozy and warm atmosphere. Our room looked towards Tivoli gardens and we were lucky to catch an astonishing fireworks show, which we learned is a regular on saturday nights. We were pure lucky to have that particular room
Over valued. Not sure if it is always. Will check again for future stays. Will definitely stay again if we can catch a better value

A better selection for meat eaters at breakfast would have been nice but the continental breakfast was good.

Disappointing
Location near to the station was good and reception staff were friendly.
Our room wasn't so good, the bathroom especially was in need of a complete make over as it was looking very tired and grubby, bedroom was also looking like it needed a revamp. Overall we were disappointed for the price we paid.
