Great location, handy for public transport, shops, and an amazing view of the water
Breakfast felt very busy and quite crowded but the staff worked really hard to make sure everything was replenished and tables cleared

Location, design of building, Breakfast very good, close to train.
Twice asked for cleaning but it did not happen until third time requested, no apology. Ran out of supplies so had to be replenished late at night. Staff not overly friendly. Basin in bathroom very slow to drain, shower in bath rather difficult to not slip and mould on bath edge. Double bed was made up with two side by side quilts? Not sure if normal in Copenhagen?

Wonderful location, our room had a view on the water&canals, we saw people swimming or on kayak, their real life. Very good breakfast, with a lot of options and beautiful space. The metro station was less than 5 minutes walk. It is also a very pleasant walk to the city center or most of the interesting things to see.

Good location, beautiful sea view, extra pillows in closet, modern building and a big breakfast selection.
The only complaint, but a big and important one, is that the bed's matress is way too hard. Reminds me of hitels in Asia. Woke up several times during sleep because I hard to turn to the other side.

Good location
We have received better service, but maybe the few main aspects where we are seeking improvement or why we are not coming back. Bed was not comfortable at all, mold in the bathrooms (we had two rooms), noisy from corridors, lights were not working at the one of the rooms and few other topics.

The receptionists are excellent at their job. I was served with so much professionalism.
I ate my snacks during the night, the following day, I rushed into the city to try out a seafood restaurant. When I came back, that was after 2 hours at most, my snack rack was refilled. It's not the snack part that triggered me, it's the part where someone slipped into my room, did their duties then left. I just needed some peace of mind. The thought of someone opting into my room sent me worrying. I had previously declined a room cleaning at the reception upon my arrival, cause at first I had intentions of staying longer, but two nights was for a start of feeling my choice of hotel.
Otherwise, everything was excellent, I would book again, but if they notify me of the random snack refill, then maybe I would be at ease
