Wonderful
Honesty almost everything! Very well organized hotel you can rent umbrella, you can buy late night snacks, i really liked the breakfast and restaurant food. Logic prices for Copenhagen standards. The staff very helpful and friendly. The room was bright room and cool view (the canal).
The double bed was two united which wasn't comfortable at all and we couldn't figure out how to control the temperature.

The common areas of the hotel, especially the reception and restaurant, are very nice. The staff is polite and friendly, and the luggage storage system available through their membership is convenient. I also really appreciated the free water available in the reception area.
The only thing I didn’t particularly like was the room design. The combination of the carpet and wall colors felt a bit uninviting and didn’t create the warm and cozy atmosphere I would expect from a hotel room. Overall, though, the common areas and service made a good impression.

Clean and comfortable room, however, room temperature was warm on the 5th floor. The breakfast was wonderful with many options. Everything was fresh and delicious.
The shower did not drain properly and water soaked the bath mat.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is located at the last stop of the public transportation line, which made it convenient to get around while still being in a quiet and peaceful area. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we really enjoyed it. We believe the hotel was definitely worth the price. If we visit the area again, we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!
The hotel was a bit crowded during our stay, especially at breakfast and in the common areas, but it didn’t significantly affect our overall experience.

Well to get a botttle of water in the room was asking for too much ! In Dubai we give water to everyone with smile
Staff were rude , especially this bar tender from Amsterdam and god knows where ! Picking up arguments with guests is unbelievably rude

Wonderful
We loved our stay at Comwell Copenhagen! The location was actually perfect. Not directly in the city center but since we came by car this was exactly what we wanted. The area of the hotel is super nice with cute bakery’s, cafes and nearby the sea!
We loved everything about the hotel except for the sliding door to the bathroom. Personally we like a bit more privacy when using the bathroom.
