The location was ideal for exploring Copenhagen and the reception staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of food and refreshments.
We booked a slot for breakfast but there was no point as noone checked anyone in for it snd it was the busiest breakfast buffet I'd ever experienced at a hotel. We were lucky to get a table at 8.30am. The people who came after 9am were finding it difficult to find a seat. The bathroom could have been cleaner and needed upgrading.

Great location to train station, parks, restaurants etc. No coffee / tea making in room. Room was hot in middle summer and no air conditioning. Breakfasts were superb - everything fresh and loads of variety

Fiyata göre makul olabilir, ama bunu sürdürülebilirlik altında yapmaları çok inandırıcı gelmiyor. Uzun süre kalacaksanız, bunları değerlendirin. Odanın temizlenmemesi, çöplerin alınmaması, havluların değiştirilmemesi, iki geceden fazla kalacaksanız, sorun olabilir.

This was a nice and clean budget hotel. Nothing fancy but it does the trick. We had a small room on the top floor in the eaves - it was clean but very basic. Minimal decor. Perfect for a place to sleep. Breakfast was quite good. The location was an easy walk from the train station with suitcases. Bathroom was clean but small.
The pillows are the tiniest little squares - could splurge for some regular sized pillows. Other than that, nothing to complain about at all.

The location was amazing, the hotel was very comfortable and it was very easy to get to all the facilities. The breakfast was incredible, there was coffee and tea in the lobby, and the best part was the staff. Very nice and helpful people were there to help and find solutions to everything and to go even further to make the stay very easy and comfy. I will be staying there every time I visit the city, for sure.

The very large common room (also breakfast area in the morning) in the lobby with tables to read, play games, discuss. The bistro at the reception area also available for drinks and snacks well appreciated. Bikes available for daily rental at the hotel.
Room was relatively small and no space available to leave luggage for three people or a small table. Compensated with very large and available common area in the lobby.

wood flood in the room, it helps to fell the cleanness; the location is great
everything was a bit dirty (towels, the bathroom, the floor); the lack of fridge or coffee machine, even with some explanation, is unacceptable giving the price
