Location is good, so close to central station and city center. There are lots of dinner, supermarket and shopping around. Beds are comfortable enough. Drinkable tap water is nice. Breakfast was nice and enough. Free coffee is good.
Room fridge would be good. There are some road noises in the night but acceptable.

The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Copenhagen and access public transport, shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and the breakfast was a great start to the day. It was a convenient base for exploring the city, and we appreciated being within walking distance of so much.
No tea/coffee making facilities in the room!

I was updated to a bigger room which was nice. Room was clean. Tv channels, not that much. Breakfast (without reservation, at least during my stay) - was okay. I love good coffee, but they had general machines, so this was a big minus from me. I can't drink that coffee. And food, so if you lactose intolerant and gluten sensitive, and you don't eat meat in the morning, you will find you have much less options than your fellas. But the location is really good, everything is so close, attractions, transport, stores, like I said everything that you need is near by. Overall I was happy.
Coffee machines. I would even pay extra for a good coffee, if you had barista machines. Please consider this. And more food choices for people who has lactose intolerance or gluten. Because even if you have one vegan cookie it doesn't mean I can eat it (although it's lactose fee), because it still contains gluten. Gluten free bread would help, lactose free cheese for example. You get the idea.

The room was spacious and location was close to train station.
Bathroom lighting was dark, the shower was very slow to drain and there was a lack of cool airflow from fan in room.

Location was great, breakfast was excellent
No kettle to heat water.. have to go to reception for hot drinking water. Rooms are cleaned only on the 4th day after check in.
