The greatest hostel I have ever stayed at! The rooms are excellently sound-proofed, the bathrooms clean with free toiletries. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Overall had a great stay here and would recommend it to everyone

We had 2-person room booked for three nights. One of the three nights there were three of us their: me and my two adult children. My 18 yo son was supposed to leave in the morning to join his choir. I told the staff that, and they said we cannot stay all three of us even for one night. But there were no places anywhere else. So, we did stay, the three of us. In the middle of the night they knocked on our door, and literally threw us out onto the street. They were rude. They did not offer reimbursement for any of the tree nights I paid for. I have stayed in multiple places all over the world in hostels, hotels, etc. I have never seen anything as inhumane.

It's been a first time I stayed in a capsule hotel and I loved it! The place is so easy and comfortable, you feel literally at home...with people walking around in bathrobes :)
the capsule is big enough and well designed, the bed is comfortable, bathrooms are great with lots of showers, sinks, makeup stations etc. Sauna is a such a treat! Common spaces to hang out are also super nice, with good coffee and tea selection...there's even a small conf call room. Last but not least, the staff is super friendly and helpful :)
The area is also nice, centrally located, with affordable restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops...
All together, a really great, hygge experience :)
Not to dislike, but it can get quite chilly in the capsule, because of ventilation, just bring warmer pyjamas :)

The place was very nice, good placement and close to Frederiksberg Allé station. Cozy hubs with nice bathrooms. Staff was nice and helpful. Overall a really good stay.

I liked the privacy & safety I felt. It was clean, staff friendly and helpful. The app to chat with your host was pretty cool too. Check in/out was easy. Lounge was cool.
I wish there was a water station for those that prefer not to drink tap water.

Very special, modern design. Gives all comfort what a good relax requires. On top the common facilities are very well organized, maintained

This is so funny, this was the hotel that I had least expectations. I was only staying for 2 nights in CPH and this seemed like a good option. Ironically, this has been the best hotel from my trip so far.
How did they manage to have so much SILENCE in a pod hotel? it's a mystery. Apart from that, the bathrooms were always clean, the sauna is a HUGE plus, everything honestly is amazing
Only thing I didn't like was on my last day running into the male manager inside the women's bathroom at peak morning time while there were girls taking a shower or getting ready to start the day. I found that odd and felt very uncomfortable. Idk if there was something that needed to be fixed but either have a woman do it or have that restroom closed for repairs while a guy is inside.
