We stayed in a four bunk room which was spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. We enjoyed relaxing in the social space which felt inviting and well kept.
Lots of technology involved in getting into the property but friendly staff available to help.

Very cozy and SUPER clean. I've paid a lot more at other hotels for a lot worse stays than this one. Will definitely be returning here the next time we're visiting to Copenhagen!

As a whole it was clean and a decent place
The pods were not for me . I have never stayed in one before. They were clean but obviously space is an issue.
For a short time it’s fine but not for longer periods in my opinion.

The helpful staff, cleanliness, comfort in the hub (the possibility to choose the lightning and connect it to the phone), quite convenient location, accessibility to the kitchen and bar.
Some rooms (like ours) are quite far from the reception, common hangout zone, bar and kitchen

A great affordable option in a good location. It was very clean and felt very safe. It was well organised and the wrist band keys were a great idea. The lockers available for free for 24hrs after checkout was ideal. Also has nice common areas. We were advised to go for the top hub as we are tall.
Hub could benefit from an extra shelf for storage. It is small as you’d expect and difficult to maneuver a large suitcase in the room. Bathrooms are very clean but might not be very close to one.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean bed. Nice location. Good common area.
The shower head is huge but the water pressure is so weak that it feels like drizzle. Making it difficult to have a great shower. The water can’t even flush off a piece of hair that sticks on your arm.
