Really central.
The personnel at the checking and checkout really tried to train us to do it alone, as if they weren’t there. Not clean mattresses.

The location was perfect for walking around the centre and ending up at the hotel, the room was good with all amenities needed, shower was great. Also nice reception and food area where you can also sit and work a bit. Also, the bed was huge which was super nice!
The hotel is obviously in the centre and in front of a loud and busy street so we heard the sirens often, and the bed was sideways at both walls so you cannot go out of the bed without having to move over the other person next to you.

Nice place close to pu lic transport. Appropriate quality, including the cleaners. Reasonable breakfast.
Inappropriate beha iour of drunked customers during Friday - Saturday night who made dirty half of the hotel includimg the elevators and corridors:. Hotel stuff did notjing to stop that. This is unacceptable for any hotel

I loved the staff, the location, the bedroom, the bathroom. All very clean, nice view from the restaurant, easy to walk to places, very comfortable bed, cozy apartment.
I thought it was a bit different that the breakfast was paid, and since I don't eat bread, I didn't like the fact that I could not at eggs without paying for the whole breakfast. Also, there were not eggs on the menu to eat as breakfast.

The bed, as well as the lobby and the rooftop terrace, are really good. The location is unbeatable for a city trip; it’s central, and you can reach everything on foot—it never takes more than 30 minutes to get anywhere.
What I didn't like was the shower, which could have been a bit larger.
