The room was very nice, clean, and efficient. The location is great as it is at the beginning of the shopping district in Copenhagen. It was very easy to check in and out.
The breakfast buffet could have been better. More selection of food options. A self-serve coffee machine with capuccino and latte options would be nice.

To add two more nights to my booking, they increased the price an unreasonable amount. I paid to avoid moving but it was far too much for a hotel that provides very small rooms and no kettle or coffee maker in the room

Nice location near train and pedestrian old town area.
Rooms were tiny. Beds were comfortable but not well configured. They were tucked in with walls on 3 sides so had to “scooch” in and out. Also, with small rooms they tout huge living room areas to use. We purchased charcuterie foods and wine to relax in living area with our group but got kicked out because you can’t bring wine into bar. We were tucked in the back nowhere near the bar, in fact couldn’t even see the bar from where we were. This was disappointing because we couldn’t gather in the small rooms either. So the living areas they tout, really aren’t for that use, just all part of the bar.

Super well located and beds/pillows were very comfortable
This is definitely not 4 star: the room wasn’t truly clean - ie lots of dust and hair behind the mattress, on the light shade, basin wasn’t clean and the iPad was filthy. No glass for water or any vanity products/dressing gown.

I liked the location, just ware I needed a hotel The unique rooms controlled by an iPad was something I wasnt expecting but a nice gadget touch. The breakfast was fantastic, amazing danish food. Everything was clean bright and fresh, just what a hotel should be
The iPad was fun but wasnt needed and wouldn't be for everyone. I think spending the money on coffee facilities may of been abbit better but thats just me.
