The shower head didn’t work properly, and the water temperature wasn’t optimal. Also, I had issues with connecting to casting my phone to the tv.

Location fantastic, very close to the railway station. So easy to check in, loved how much of the check in and room controls was done via an ipad. Staff were very friendly, even at 5 am. Bar was fantastic. I had an excellent cocktail.
The bathroom was basically inside the bedroom, not very private. The sink was literally in the bedroom. The bed was also against the wall, one person had to climb over the other to get out of the bed. Quite noisy at night.

Location was perfect. It could not have been better for visiting Copenhagen.
Room size was small. There was no where to put luggage off the floor or out of the way. I felt the room design could have been better. Our traveling companions booked a room at the same time and was a little bigger and better designed. When I enquired why I paid the same price for a smaller room the explanation was inadequate at best.

Love: the wonderful friendly professional smiling staff; the gorgeous upstairs lounge-we loved hanging out there!; the upstairs bar is so awesome!; the AMAZING decor; the comfort:, the perfect location!; the ease of staying there: the ironing room was fantastic!; how earth friendly they were
Did not love: only provided 2 pillows, never got a second set per my request; the shared toilet/shower in the accessible room made it so messy to use the bathroom and get ready; there may have been bugs on the bed, we kept getting bites; the awkward huge table in the accessible room
