Charlottehaven is located on Østerbro in Copenhagen and has large hotel suites and fully furnished, serviced apartments. This hotel has a cafe, well-equipped gym and pool. Charlottehaven's hotel apartments in The Garden have their own balcony, large bathroom and complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher and tea and coffee facilities, etc. There is also a washing machine and dryer. The Tower consists of beautiful hotel suites, which are furnished with Danish design from HAY, &tradition, Gubi and Arne Jacobsen. Guests have free access to work out in the fitness center, which has a swimming pool and sauna. Various types of training are also offered, such as HIIT, yoga and circuit training. You can rent bikes on site, and central Copenhagen can be reached in 10 minutes by bike. Nordhavn Station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and from there you can reach Copenhagen Airport Kastrup in just 30 minutes. Svanemølle Strand is just a 10-minute walk from Charlottehaven.

The room was excellent with amazing view to the harbour. It was very comfortable and spacious. The location was also excellent with S line and M line trains to get around town. It is located next to the new Nordhavn district with great examples of architecture. Very convenient grocery stores. Would absolutely stay there again.
Did not have a microwave. Washer and dryer was AEG with slightly confusing operating instructions. Overall very little to complain about.

The location was convenient with multiple public transportation options close by. The facilities were clean, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The accommodations were spacious, modern and quiet.

BREAKFAST was lovely but pricy. Tge apartment was beautiful with a comfortable bed. Liked the balcony. I previously was a health club member and really liked the staff and facilities..Typically got myself a cappuccino which were delicious. I learned about the hotel's commitment to cancer survivors at the health club. I Love that!! Thank you for supporti g women and the community in this way.

Amazing location right next to metro and s-train. Very spacious apartment that allowed us to easily handle bedtime routine with a <1yo baby. When too lazy, Nordhavn around the corner has anything you need. Finally, value for money was exceptional, especially when compared to the city center.

The only thing I didn't like about this stay is that we had to request room cleaning and pay for it if the stay was less than 7 days. There were no bed sheet changes until we requested it. With that said, if I knew this earlier in my stay I wouldn't have been disappointed by it. But overall it was an excellent stay.

Easy access to transport --S-tog, metro, buses. Lots of storage for clothes. Very practical and comfortable for a longer stay. Weekly cleaning for 7-day plus stay.

Understaffed. Had long wait times to get basic service, often no one at reception, had to follow up multiple times simple requests (eg baby nappy bin, bin liners, baby bathtub… all of which should have been provided as it was last time given we had indicated a baby would be with us)

The location next to two transit lines was perfect for getting around, and the restaurants and parks were very convenient. The bike rental was also a fantastic way to get around.
The lack of AC, but we were there during a mild weather period so it didn't affect our stay very much.

We had a room with lookout windows and we were mesmerized with the views. The rooms was fantastic! Comfortable and equipped with everything we could imagine. Unfortunately, we only spent one night there. Next time more! We have told everyone about the Charlottehaven.

Clean and modern, lovely pool, gym, dining and common areas. Great location. Super nice staff, great breakfast. My apartment was spotless and super well-equipped for making snacks, in-room laundry, nice bathroom, great balcony. I slept like a rock.
I have one single gripe, it was a 2-bedroom apartment, for as many as 4 people but there was only soft seating for 2 people on a small love seat. Balcony and dining table were equipped for 4. The shape of the space is a constraint here for sure.

Wonderful
We love the clean, modern, private, view apartments in the tower, a perfect home away from home to enjoy one of the world’s great cities. As a bonus, Copenhagen’s super efficient public transportation is at your doorstep.
The black-out curtains hang a bit too far out from the windows, allowing direct morning sun to stream in. Eye masks are essential. The induction cooktop is finicky. The breakfast service is slow and the staff indifferent, uncharacteristic of the staff generally.
