It was a good location, newly designed rooms and very comfy. Staff is really nice and helpful.
Heating system was not working, rooms were freezing. Our room changed but it was super inconvenient to have such need. We had to carry all of our luggage and was not easy with child. If I will plan to visit Copenhagen again, I will first ask if heating is working or not.

A comfortable bay window with beautiful view even on the 2nd floor and our kid likes a lot(However it depends on your luck because we saw some windows are not with the very good view) A big wall cabinet system was composed of quite enough volume of wardrobes to keep our winter coats and other belongings. Also we were happy with the furnishing like beetle chair, AJ wall lamp, or equipments like cutlery, dish washer, and washing machine. The floor heating system made us stay longer in this cold season. Our favourite restaurant Aube is in 10 minutes walk distance.
Since the shower space only has a small partition, the floor around the basin gets soaked. But it was same in the other accommodations. As a hotel apartment, I don't see any point that I didn't like.

The design studio flat was simply amazing. Panoramatic windows with soft and spacious seats were one of the best parts of our holiday.
The fact, that despite calling themselves serviced appartments, they clean only once a week in the price of stay.

The washer/dryer combo had many issues. The door kept getting locked and the dryer didn’t work at all.

Very clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchen utilities and utensils. Excellent sound proof as well. Great location, just a few minutes’ walk from both the train and metro, with a couple of nice cafés and bakeries nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
There’s some construction nearby, not extremely loud, but it can be slightly disruptive if you plan to spend long hours in the apartment during the day. Also, there’s no air conditioning, only a fan. However, the thick curtains help keep the room cool.

The panoramic view and the ambiance of the room. Wooden sustainable interior had a good vide. Great access to Train and Metro (stations are right in front).
Hard to complain about anything, but if I had to pick one thing is that there's only one set of towels for every guest. The rooms don't have daily rooms services (which I like, it's usually overdone at most hotels), but since we were staying for 4 nights, it would have been nice to have 2 sets of towels per person. No big deal though, we just called the reception and requested more.

Location was great, easily walking distance to Nordhavn s-tog and metro station. The balcony was nice, though it was too windy for us to use while we were there. Beautiful pool with clean locker rooms. Nice gym. The bag of Summerbird chocolates was very much appreciated.
The staff were a bit off overall - this is not the place where people were going out of their way to be helpful. I think this facility might be geared towards residents and people with gym/pool memberships rather than hotel guests. Some minor cosmetic issues in the room - not enough to complain, but a bit surprising given the cost of staying here. None of these were deal-breakers, maybe just something to be aware of. We'd stay again if we needed a place in Nordhavn/Østerbro with a pool.

Lovely danish designs throughout the unit
There is a bit of a “nickeled and dimed” approach happening. The gym and facilities are all great and included, but laundry detergent to use the machine in the unit is not. Also, house keeping is one day a week and the guests take out their own trash. Totally fine, but at the price per night it could definitely be covered.

Easy location to catch metro or train, for a longer stay it has good amenities like the restaurant, gym and pool, sauna
We paid extra for 15th floor in the tower for the views but with the sun and no A/C we had to keep the blinds closed for most of the time. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable

Charlottehaven is a standout choice for anyone visiting Copenhagen. The staff are warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful, creating a genuine hotel feel even in an apartment setting. Very nicely decorated apartment, with almost all that you might need. The location is very good, close to the metro station and modern new neighbourhoods in the harbour. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used the gym, which is really large and actually useful. The apartment and whole hotel were spotless, including gym changing rooms.
Noise isolation in the apartment is poor and if you are unlucky, you can get waken up in the morning by the neighbour's kids running out of bed at 7 in the morning or yelling across the hall. There was no shoes cleaning kit nor drying rack, if anybody needs them. The gym was a bit crowded as it is used also by the gym members, not only by hotel guests, and some of the machines needs a membership. You need a swimming cap to be able to swim in the pool.
