The hotel comparing with price is good, facilities also good and the location is very good and close to the city center.

Great location, very close to the FlixBus station, making it extremely convenient for travellers. The place also has a communal kitchen where you can prepare quick and simple meals, which is a big plus. The reception area is spacious, with a large, comfortable common lounge where guests can relax and spend time.
The beds are not very comfortable, and the rooms are quite small, which can make the stay feel a bit cramped. There is also no air conditioning, only a heater, which may be inconvenient for guests who prefer a cooler room. Overall, room comfort could be improved.

Central to where we were going in Vesterbro, breakfast was really good too and the options were extensive.
Quite cramped in the rooms and the price was dear for what we had, but same time lots of Copenhagen is expensive anyway.

The location is very good. Short distance to main transport hubs, shops and entertainment.
It wasn't so clean, the room was small for two adults with big suitcases and backpacks. The bathroom was a size "sheet and shower" - very limited for both activities! The beds were moving very easily after the body's movements.

From the outside the hotel looks nice and is in a nice area.
The room was filthy. The bed has stains and hairs, the bathroom was dirty. Walls of the room were full of tracks and stains, i don't even want to think about the carpet...The room didn't have a smell but the hotel corridors stinks. The staff was not very nice, except for the woman that gave us a different room. The new room was better but the bed was still not fully clean, the floor had stains and the bathroom in general is a nightmare.

I liked the location
If you are looking for a place to stay that is comfortable and clean you are looking in the wrong place. Approached a member of staff on arrival to check in, only to be directed to a kiosk even though there were no other guests who wished to check in. Customer service is absolutely shocking to say the least, or rather non existent. It was a complete hassle to get clean towels and toilet paper. Paid €450 for one of the nicer rooms and I felt as though I was catfished as the room looked nothing remotely like the pictures. After my four day stay my back was sore from sleeping on a mattress which was no thicker than an inch, my singular pillow was yellowed and stained (see pictures attached). The bathroom was no better than a portaloo, no shower curtain or basin, just a drain and a floor that was constantly wet. Tap water also smelled of raw sewage. Don’t waste your time, money and sanity staying here, absolutely would not recommend.

Great stay and the staffs were awesome.
The only issue i had was the doors opening outwards, its actually a safety concern issue, but aside that, it is a great hotel for a short or long stay.

one of the lady staff is very rude and racist i don't want to tell her name but whoever is staying there they can understand that is the lady i am telling, gents staffs are very friendly and helpful
I am bringing this to your attention because discrimination and hostility make guests feel unsafe and unwelcome.
please remind that they will not accommodate even 1 or 2 hrs early check in only at 3pm

Disappointing
The hotel's location and facilities worked well for our stay. It's central and well located to explore the city-center of Copenhagen.
The room was on the small side, and our window looked out onto the courtyard, where the lights stayed on at night. The hotel is very large and busy, which made it feel rather hectic. I have informed the hotel much in advance that I will arrive by car. Neither by mail, nor at the check-in, I was informed about the parking. The parking information was also unclear, both before arrival and at check-in, and I would have appreciated a clearer explanation of the separate registration requirement. I have received a very high parking fine in the end. The hotel does not consider itself responsible, not even partly.
