Rather off centre but OK position
Cramped room - hit our heads on the overhanging metal bunk bed- tiny space.
Room key stopped working - cleaner said she couldn't help as was frightened. I went ti reception who gave me other keys - they still didn't work . Each time it was as if if were our fault - we were on 5th floor and it is a huge hotel so this took 25mins .
At one point we were told we may have to wait for maintenance- we had flight to catch and our luggage was in the room .
This was not a cheap hotel either!!

Everything was really good - the staff, the self check-in, the location - in a walking distance from central railway station, clean, quiet.
The room size - was kinda too small. When I opened my luggage - i could not cross the room

It was fine. Pretty bare-bones, but a good value and centrally located near trains and busses.
The luggage locker system seemed expensive at the time, but it was literally my fisrt transaction in kroner, so i may be off base.

Location, breakfast, lounge areas
Not enough fans available, it was hot even having the windows open. The bathrooms in the lounge area were disgusting. We needed plastic spoons and forks and could not obtain them at the reception unless purchasing the salad.

Location
Dirty rooms. Dirty halls. Blood on walls. Worse is front desk management. Blonde front desk manager is creepy. She should work at a morgue, not a hotel. Zero empathy. Terrible representation of danish culture, and an insult the hotel brand.

Clean cabin
It's true that they're Evelyn you need to speep, and only sleep. The rooms are so tiny that you can barely turn around. Same with bathroom.
In such small space they managed to put in a kettle. Nice!

Aldi, parking was a bit hectic. On the phone I was informed I can't book a parking space but there's no problem as there are some 300 spots left. 4h later there was not even one. A lady at the desk said "too bad" and that i need to go and find another parking. Not helpful at all!

The location is closer to the central station and the Shopping mall
The room is too small for a family of 3. Bed is smaller for 2 people and the we were unable to even use the chair in the room as there was no space. One had to always stay on the top bunk bed otherwise there will be no space. The room also doesn't have a fridge to keep anything. I also found the breakfast to be really basic. Not good for a family, I would say

Location, walking distance to everything, transit, town. Hop on hop off stops right in front of the hotel
It’s on a noisy street. People were sitting in front of the hotel all night socializing, being loud. I had to change rooms. Front of the hotel outside is dirty

It's in a good location .
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
It started with the check-in process, where the staff had an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude. The room was far too small for three people, and the bathroom was extremely cramped. The toilet was so small that it was almost impossible to sit in.
The room had no air conditioning, no fan, and no ventilation, making it unbearably hot at night. The only option was to open the window, but that barely helped. Eventually, I had to close it because the outside noise was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.
What is even more disappointing is that many guests have mentioned these same issues in their reviews, yet it seems the hotel management does not care enough to make any improvements. It's a shame that guest comfort and feedback appear to be ignored.
I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

C'était vraiment bien, j'ai pu nettoyer mes affaires tranquillement, dormir tranquillement. Non, franchement, le prix était un peu dur pour une nuit dans une petite chambre.

Ok . Værelserne i forhold til prisen.
Morgenmad ,Ikke det bedste morgenmad, mangler bacon og pølser. Jeg Kunne godt tænke mig at der var en eller to kaffe automater ,hvor man kunne få bl.a LATTE !! Der var også en vandStop bund karm for vandet ikke løb ind i værelset, den var meget skarp og ubehagelig at træde på. Der var desværre meget larm som var kommet fra hovedindgangen, der var mennesker som samles og drak. ?

This hotel offers great value for money in a city that is extremely expensive.
Rooms are small/cramped and the bathroom is functional.
If you just need somewhere to rest your head for the night on a budget, this is the place

Near the city center and easily accessible. It has a parking garage. Excellent breakfast buffet.
Bad value for money. They call it the "Standard Queen Room". The queen would not be happy here. It's a tiny room. With a view on a parking garage. Shower and toilet are the SAME space. So, if you take a shower, the whole toilet is wet. Poor air conditioning, so steam has nowhere to go. It feels like a room on a train. Or possibly International Space Station. Their slogan is "All you need to sleep" and that's true. But they're overselling it.
