Very cosy and clean apartment with absolutely everything needed. Loved the window near the bed with the sunset view!
It would be more convenient if the reception and the minibar were operated by different people, not by the same ones at the same time.

The room size was a standard, medium cabin size completely fine for a short stay. Checking in and out was easy, with options for both in person staff and self service kiosks.
The breakfast selection was good, and the mattress was nice and firm for a good night's sleep. The location is also excellent just one stop away from Copenhagen Central Station.
Issue in the bathroom the water in the sink ran very slowly because the drainage needed to be cleaned. Check-in starts at 15:00, everyone seems to arrive at the exact same time, leading to a much longer queue than expected.
