The hotel is at an excellent location, close to metro stations for work and walking distance from touristic locations. I loved having a room at the end of the corridor, looking to an inner courtyard that made the room extra relaxing and quiet.
When I got back late evening to my room, there was dried mud on the floor - looked like as if it fell from shoes worn outside that made the room dirty. It was too late, so I didn't ask for cleaning, but that was not great.

Room was too small. Bed pushed under the window so you had to climb over each other to get out. Curtains did not keep light out. No airconditioning. So poor sleep

Location was excellent and staff were very helpful. Our 1st room we stayed in was a free upgrade and was very nice and comfortable

Location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and nice clean rooms. So convenient to lots of restaurants, the main colored buildings and the canal boat rides. Really recommend this hotel, highly. Close to metro, bus/trains.

We loved the breakfast and proximity to so much in the city. The staff were lovely
The bedroom was very small but more importantly the so called double bed was exceptionally small which was a disappointment
