The environment of the hotel is very cute and cozy. Also, it is conveniently located near the railway station. The staff were very friendly and we were delighted that our room was ready 2-3 hours prior to official check in time.
The central location of the hotel makes it very noisy at night. Because the weather was warm and the hotel does not have A/C, we had to open the windows but because of the noise we could not sleep well.

Great location very near railway station. Really liked the eco credentials - all the bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, hand cream, body moisturiser, body oil) were supplied in refillable containers, bamboo toothbrushes, water saving etc. Great staff at reception and behind the bar. Didn’t eat there but food looked good.

If you want to be close to the station, it is perfect. It is 3 mins walk away. Beds are very comfortable and I liked the decor. Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but every day it smelt delicious! They provide umbrellas in the rooms.
The street outside was quite noisy (if you have your window open. The shower was quite small and dark. Clean room but not immaculate.

We had a family room, with adjoining kids room with bunk beds, x2 bathrooms and plenty of space. Staff were exceptionally helpful and polite.

It felt more like a glorified hostel than a hotel. Young people behind desk looked inconvenienced when I asked a question or needed help. Had to drag my luggage over many old dirty area carpets, thresholds and steps. There was no table service at the restaurant and you had to go inside to order. Finally the neighborhood seemed very seedy and not fun.
