Good
the staff was friendly; the room was well-appointed and comfortable. Luggage storage was fantastic.
we booked an apartment rather than a studio because we needed to do laundry. We were out and about most of the day so began laundry late afternoon. The washing machine was fine; unfortunately, the rubber seal around the dryer door was ragged and did not fit; so, of course, it did not hold the heat in. Each load took a long time to dry.
When we discovered the problem, we brought it to the attention of the Front Desk; she offered to find us a room to move to but that would have taken even longer. To us, this ragged seal should have been noted by the staff prior to allowing a new guest to check in.

Wonderful
Facilities and room size.
The management wasn't flexible in providing an extra bed, until after the support of Booking.com

Exceptional
From the welcome and check in, to the car parking on site, the grocery store on the corner, the location for walking in to the city or getting the metro, plus the size of the room, we loved everything about staying here. Breakfast was great with lots of healthy options.

Wonderful
Overall a great place. Loved the washer/dryer in the bathroom, and it was spacious enough for a family of 3. It was overall very easy to live out of for a few days.
Pool is nice to have, but was too cold to use for swimming. Gym was again nice to have but had minimal equipment. Location isn't great if you're using public transportation.

Very Good
The apartment was very clean and the area was accessible to city by bike and train.
It is a good walk outside of city but next to water and access to park with o
Little Mermaid but the park is beautiful!
The pool was not as relaxing usually taken over by kids and the sauna is very small only able to have 2 people in at a time. They seem to be cleaning all times of day and night so the sauna and pool are very loud with activity

Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. This is not to my liking. Took 2 days for housekeeping to get the bedroom tv to work. Other than this the hotel is great. Nice apartments, has laundy and drier and a kitchenette. Recommended.

Wonderful
Great for families needing wheelchair accessible accommodations. Loved the balcony and the washer dryer. The property was 10 min walk from the metro / train station.

Very Good
Nice apartments, really liked the location, decent breakfast and nice pool area
Thought most was good, no problems at all.
If your sensitive to sounds, the train runs very close to the apartments and can hear it most of the day and night. But it wasn’t a problem for me

The Adina Copenhagen is an excellent property located just minutes from the harbor, the Little Mermaid, Kastellet, and city center. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, many situated around an inner courtyard, and the hotel facilities including the restaurant, gym, pool, and sauna made for a very pleasant stay. There is a grocery store next door and a pastry & coffee shop just down the street.

Very Good
Apartments are very clean and in general very good services. Reception stuff is great.
Air conditioning is a bit tricky to use.
Couldn’t get TV working, it was on and off and remote didn’t respond. Technician came only once after complaint, but at inconvenient time.

Staff were so friendly and you could get extra coffee if you asked. Room was clean and air conditioned and we had a courtyard room so very quiet. We loved the grocery store next door and having laundry.
A bit of a walk to the metro but there were buses. We loved walking the canal to the little mermaid area.
