Very spacious, comfortable, in a Very nice neighborhood.
The location is good for the Cruise terminals and the Ferry boat to Oslo. Closest Metro station is at 15 minutes walking, also at 12 minutes walking to the Little Mermaid Statue.

The room we stayed in was a one bedroom apartment. There were big windows that opened out on to a small patio and onto a big courtyard that was used by hotel guests as well as the residents of the building next door. The kitchen was reasonably well stocked, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was big. I very much appreciated the washer dryer combination. it's very close to a grocery store and a very good bakery. All the people at the front desk were nice but Luigi at the front desk was SO kind and helpful. The location is very close to the cruise ship dock and about a 15 minute walk to the metro or bus station. It's also within walking distance of a beautiful park and the Little Mermaid Statue.
It would have been useful to have a few more dishes in the room. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal so we could have enough spoons and forks. A paring knife and a vegetable peeler would have been nice too. My husband wished there was a different kind of coffee machine-french press in not his favorite.

We loved that this hotel is right next to the Netto grocery store and just a short walk to the train station. The room itself was a really nice size. The kitchenette was perfect and we loved that it came with a washer and dryer!
I didn't like that you couldn't remove the shower head. I personally didn't care for the shower. I also thought one of the staff members was rude. I don't know his name but I believe he was Danish and he worked the night shift. We were supposed to have a room with a pull-out bed and when I called down to reception, he told me our room didn't have one he could address the issue tomorrow. This was unacceptable as I had a 16-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter traveling with me. After I personally discovered the pull out bed tucked away under the couch, he brought up linens but was still arrogant and did not even acknowledge his mistake. The other staff members were fantastic!

The hotel/apartments were set on a quiet street about a 14 minute walk from the Osterport station. There is a Netto grocery store on the bottom floor of the building next door which is very well stocked. There is a bus stop across the street where you can be dropped off, but the bus stop to be picked up is further away. Standard bicycles are available for rental at the hotel. The building was very quiet, our apartment was immaculately cleaned. The housekeeping team cleaned it every three days while we were there. The hotel provides laundry detergent and dishwashing tabs. Wifi was easy to use, no password needed. The TV had channels in several languages including English, German and Danish, one was a Danish childrens channel. It is a smart TV and has the ability to connect to a Netflix account. The room had a standard size refrigerator and a small freezer, along with a stove and oven. The kitchen was well equipped but we mostly used it for cold food. Front desk staff was friendly to me and my child throughout our stay, especially Mahmoud.
I couldn't find any information for sharps disposable (medical syringes) and asked at the front desk and they said to just leave them in our room, but didn't have a box for me to put them in myself. There was occassional noise from trains on the other side of the building, easiest to hear at night but it wasn't too significant, there is a vent on the windows that looks like a long silver oval that you can pop in and out for less vent and less noise but I didn't find that until a week into our trip.

Nice apartments, clean and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and the staff was great.
Expect to walk quite a bit as the nearest train/metro station is at least 10-15 minutes walk away. With a child it wasn’t the most convenient location.

Location was very good. Less expensive than the nearby Marriott (outrageous!) and Radisson Blue.
Reception staff was not aware that there was a short term rental in the building. Be aware this is close to street level with associated ambient noises.

Apatment had most items needed for our stay
Our bed waz hard, underlay and mattress dirty, several hair in bed under sheet, we had asked for extra mattress topper, which then was left outside our door for us to add on.
Didnt use pool as temperture was to cold.
To far from the city , quite a considerable walk.

The apartment was spacious and had great amenities including a washer and dryer which we used. The breakfast was great and very filling. The staff was very kind and when our room wasn't ready right at 3pm to check in, they gave us some free snacks and drinks to tide us over until it was clean at 3:30
I'm just not a fan of carpet in hotels/apartments so that was really the only downside. Otherwise everything was great.

Everything was perfect - staff was friendly and very helpful, especially helping us navigate holidays and different working hours, booking a cab on a Christmas day, etc. Location was good, in a pretty lovely neighborhood, not to far away from the public transport as we saw some people commenting here (we were visiting with a baby and a stroller, took us like 15 mins of pleasant walk to get to the bus or metro). There are shops and restaurants close, so you can find everything you need right next to the hotel. The breakfast at the restaurant was really tasty. Sound proofing- great. Beds - cozy. We had a wonderful experience.

Good breakfast and good facilities although we didn't get the chance to use the spa, swimming pool, gym, etc
We checked in late (around 2am) which shouldn't be a problem because they advertise having 24h reception, however, the man at the reception seemed very bothered for having to open the door and explain us where we can park (for ~€49/day) and was a bit unfriendly.
Since we arrived so late, we also had a late breakfast on the 1st day. Breakfast was allegedly open until 11:00 but at 10:50 they remove all the food and at 11:06 they tell you "I have to ask you to leave".
The room is like a mini-apartment, well-equipped, but the bed is uncomfortable and there was no room service during our stay.
If this was under €100/night I would say it's all good, but at €427 for 2 nights, advertised as a "4* SPA" we were extremely disappointed, especially with the rude staff both at reception and restaurant.

It does not value what we paid. Too expensive for the service and does nor offer a 4-star service like others. I would not even rate as a 4-start hotel/apartment-hotel. The shower was clogged where communication with hotel was challenging and they only fixed on the second day (we went to the pool showers to have a shower for two days). Not all the rooms have a fully equipped kitchen. No jacuzzi and the pool water is not warm (on the coldest side). Breakfast options are limited for those with intolerance or allergies (like dairy-free options) even if they say that they offer, they basically have gluten-free option upon request. No variety and quite small buffet for a 4-start breakfast.
Location and the fact they have bikes.

Great breakfast, awesome service at the reception and great gym and pool, basically everything you need including a small kitchen.
Overall, it was a good stay, but the bed size and mattress could be better!
