The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern. The view was amazing from the 38th floor and three design of the building was intriguing. Great place to stay

Staff was nice. The room was available when I arrived and they were able to provide a room with a nice view. You could turn off the AC which is something that you don't see everywhere.
The bathroom was small. No outlet in the bathroom so you had to use the hairdryer in the room but not next to any mirror. Sink was small, water was splashing all over the place. Shower was the worst. It was a walk-in and it had a glass wall. The problem was that the glass wall is to narrow, so you were splashing water all over the small bathroom. I had to use towels on the floor and they were always soaking wet. The hangar for the towels was on one the shower walls so you were splashing the towels before using them. Only 2 hangers in the room for your clothes. The room had a hair dryer, safe, fridge and a kettle. There was a door in the room which was locked and based on the plan of the building it was connected to the room next to you, but I didn't had any problem with noise or something else(I don't know if the next room had guest or not). Related to the noise, there were cracking noises during the night from the metal structure of the building or something else that was probably expanding. If you are sensitive to noises during the night it could bother you. Overall for a 4 star Marriot hotel the experience was bad.

The staff provides an excellent service. The breakfast and the staff supporting it are wonderful.
There was not enough information provided by the hotel about parking. The parking area surrounding the hotel is nasty, dirty and dark at night, and you will receive a ridiculously high fine if you don't pay it in advance through the app of the company which administers the parking. Which by the way is not made simple for a non-resident in Denmark, as with a few other things in the country.

A/C was broke. Man came up and verified it was broke. He said they would give us another room in an hour. No one called or came. I had to go downstairs and take care of it myself. I was already in bed because of an early departure

location is easy access to metro, restaurants and supermarket close by. cleanliness and breakfast is good. decent room size.
although specifically requested a quiet room away from elevators and they confirmed reception of this request, they gave me a room close to elevators, out of hundreds of room options. and elevators work non-stop. although there was one room in between elevators and mine, still elevator sound was loudly audible. on top, the bathroom fan made a buzzing noise all night although turned off and windows are not well soundproofed, you hear the noise on street. AC does not stop fully, you cannot open any window so adjusting temperature is not easy. pillows and bed not very comfy. even wifi became problem because they did not recorded my name and surname properly so i could not connect. so in the end whole experience felt like problem solving at every step rather than finding comfort and rest.

You expect the staff to have a minimal training and courtesy to help the guests. Either they have no training or don't care about their guests. I made a booking for two separate rooms with guests arriving separately. The main guest (me) got a flight delayed, and the hotel denied check in to the other guest. A half wit would immediately solve this problem by requesting the other guest to be added to the reservation. They made no effort to help and simply asked my partner to wait for SEVEN hours. Pathetic behavior. The hotel is super expensive and I don't expect this bad behavior from the staff. If I were the manager, I would fire people like this.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and in proximity to the airport, which is why I chose it for our brief stay. It's a business hotel primarily attached to what appears to be a large conference center in the Copenhagen suburbs.The room was fine, comfortable bed, clean, and efficiently organized. It's not luxurious per se, but well beyond acceptable.
Dining options limited on site, but adequate.

It was super nice, I believe it was quite a bit more expensive than it would usually be for its location due to the Design week and the 2 festivals happening during the weekend as well, but overall well connected and it was great for what was needed.
The location was a bit further than expected, but that's also on me, so all is well :)

The location. Near to the city center in metro that is a 5m walk from the hotel. The bus is also direct to the central station.

Disappointing
Everything is an extra charge, and the staff was unwilling to remove a charge for breakfast for the last day even though we were checking out before it was available. Also, smoking was allowed in some rooms and the smoke smell permeated the whole floor.

The room was nice and really quiet, the bathroom was clean. They provided free coffee and tea in the room every day. There was a TV with Youtube on it, and you can use your account in Netflix, HBO etc if you want.
The wall of the bathroom was glass, which was a surprise :D The AC was a little difficult to manage, so our room was a little cold for us and because you cannot open the window, the humidity from the bathroom covered the whole room as the ventillator in the bathroom did not work. It was a little far from the downtown, but for the price it was ok.
