didn’t use or try anything at the hostel, including the room. after checking into a completely untouched, filthy room from previous occupants we requested but were not provided a full refund, and room key was surrendered to worker. Paid for 3 days and got nothing.

The room was very dirty, the table and floor were sticky, the sheets were torn, and the price was very high considering the standard. The check-in process was very complicated, with the front desk having to manually enter each reservation.

Room was okay in size and there were many paid activities within the facility that the kids could enjoy. Wifi was okay.
TV didn't work, although we informed the reception and they said that a technician will come to fix it but never did... Beds were hard and it was difficult to sleep on them.

There is everything you need- decent bathroom, clean beds and nice breakfast. We got a room with 4 beds just for the two of us so it was really comfortable and quite roomy.
