I liked the room and also the breakfast area. The property was located in some random neighbourhood, which isn’t bad, but quite away from the center.
I didn’t like the hall, because it smelled like feet and I think that’s all. The other things were average or just normal.

Budget friendly. Staff were helpful at checking when the app didn’t work.
People like us that paid for our breakfast are subsidizing people that haven’t. Seems like people just walked up and grabbed breakfast without paying as we saw a few people scanning their barcodes that obviously had not paid for breakfast. Someone should be checking as it is not fair the honest people that paid are subsidizing people that haven’t.
Our room was also very warm which made sleeping very difficult even with the window open! There was next to no air circulation.

Location
Bathroom sink was clogged and staf couldn't fix it or allocate me to another room. I booked a private room as one person and got a room with 4 single beds that was suppose to be shared.

For a city like Copenhagen, the price/performance ratio was quite good. It's close to public transport and you can easily get to the city center. There was no air conditioning in the rooms, but we didn't feel the lack during our stay. The rooms and the hotel in general were clean. For those who need it, there are kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave/stove in the common area, and laundry/ironing facilities. Bicycle and stroller rentals are also available.
The bedsheet fabric was quite thin; I would recommend choosing sheets made from higher quality fabric.

The service and friendliness of the staff. Haven't been to a place with such poor service from staff and such little effort. When we left there was not even a 'Goodbye' or 'Have a nice day'

didn’t use or try anything at the hostel, including the room. after checking into a completely untouched, filthy room from previous occupants we requested but were not provided a full refund, and room key was surrendered to worker. Paid for 3 days and got nothing.

The location is very convenient, as it is near the local establishments, as well as the bus and metro stations. I also liked the facilities inside the building; it has everything I need to make my stay more comfortable.

The employees are nice, easy to check in.
The socket near the bed has only USB output. With the USB C cable I wasn't able to use it at all.
There were quite a lot of ants
The location isn't good. It's near the train station, but far from the center and requires multiple zone tickets.
