Easy to reach the center; it takes about 20 minutes with public transport.
I agree with previous reviews mentioning noise and disruption from school groups during the night and early morning, lack of cleanliness, clogged showers, unpleasant staff, non-functioning USB sockets by the beds, etc.
My main issue was far more serious: the staff's response to an aggressive roommate.
When I arrived, my bed (lower bunk) was occupied by another guest. I returned to reception, and the receptionist came with me to ask him to move. The man refused and became verbally aggressive toward me, repeatedly pointing at me while arguing and verbally abusing me. The receptionist said she didn't know what to do and would call the manager. She then left, leaving me alone in the room with this man. I was terrified and did not feel safe.
After waiting approximately 30 minutes, I returned to reception and was shocked to discover that the manager was working in the kitchen and apparently had not even been informed about what was happening. I was initially told to give up my assigned bed to the aggressive guest and return to the same room. Only after I protested was I moved to another room.
The man remained in the room and kept the bed he had taken. I find it shocking that aggressive behaviour was effectively rewarded rather than addressed. Instead of a quick check-in, it took more than an hour for me to get a bed, during which I was verbally abused and genuinely afraid. Had this happened in my home country, I would have called the police.
The following morning, I asked the receptionist what had been done about the incident and requested to speak with the manager. She knew nothing about it and told me there was no manager on site. I asked whether there was any more senior or experienced staff member available and was told there wasn't, at least until the following week.
For such a large hostel, I found the lack of responsible management on site, particularly when dealing with an aggressive guest and another guest's safety, extremely concerning.

The location is close to public transportation and grocery stores. Check in and check out process is quick and easy. Staff is very friendly.
There's no small fridge or air conditioning inside the room. The bathroom shower was slightly clogged and it would make a huge pool in 3 minutes.

Most people stayed at the property were nice and friendly. I felt safe staying there! 10 mins walk from a metro station.

We loved the views from the Airbnb and how the place was quiet and peaceful. Overall Positano is a great town to visit. Luca, the host, is a great guy and he's so nice and helpful.

It was cheap, it was clean and the train station was pretty close. Self check-in and check-out are convenient. You can leave you luggage in the luggage room for free.
Firstly, don't let the good price of the breakfast sway you. Yes, you pay only 13€, which is cheap in Copenhagen, but you get your money's worth.The food would always run out, there were way too many people there, the tables were crazy dirty. I also don't know how they managed to do that, but the eggs were cooked incorrectly. Half of the egg was raw, half was hard. And that was ALL eggs. Also, why would you advertise your app on every wall, when it doesn't actually work? We ordered some drinks up to our room, 50 min later I came down to ask where they were and received an answer: "Oh, if you ordered through the app, I will most likely not see it". Why do you offer this service then? You can also theoretically order a cleaning service, because they don't clean every day. The first time I tried through the reception and asked for new towels, taking the trash and new tissues. They replaced only two towels out of five, didn't give us any tissues and the trash was left untouched. Then, we asked for a full clean, they only touched the towels and trash (after we've placed it in a very obvious place). They took all out towels and only left one instead? All in all, I recommend this place only if you're staying for a short while, bc your room will not get cleaned.

I liked the room and also the breakfast area. The property was located in some random neighbourhood, which isn’t bad, but quite away from the center.
I didn’t like the hall, because it smelled like feet and I think that’s all. The other things were average or just normal.
