There is nothing I can say that I liked about this hotel. Everything was below my expectations.
Very disappointing stay – poor value for money
I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families. The room was extremely small with hardly any space to move. We booked a double bed, but received two single beds pushed together that kept moving apart. The price was comparable to much more comfortable hotels, but the quality and comfort were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The staff were so lovely!! So friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay.

I took a single bed in a dorm. I arrived early and they did the registration early and let me keep my luggage at their luggage storage.
Even after check-out they kept my bag in their luggage storage for free. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable.
- At the time of check in I asked for a lower bed instead of an upper bunk. They tried and said they cant offer. However when I went to the room I found there lower bed was empty and vacant the whole night.
- The socket near the bed they have was a USB and Type C port and it didn't work
- You have to pay for towels seperately
- Guest kitchen was quite small but ok to make a quick meal.

Literally nothing.
Rooms are worse than my cellar. Receptionists hate their job and the place they work. Noisy district, dirty rooms - I feel sorry that I relied on the overall score on Booking. Next time will double-check other resources... Waste of money and horrible memories about Copenhagen..
