Extremely Disappointed! Racist aggressive abusive staff Extremely unsettling and absetting experienced. The room was dirty beds not made - Duvets was stained and dirty .

Modern interior, clean, everything is very futuristic
It is difficult to find a hostel, it is not displayed correctly on the maps. I had to pay extra for towels.

Clean room, location close toa metro line
The first room we got was small but located between the housekeeping and the door to the stairs. We changed for a second room that was beter located but very small, Just the beds (and bathroom) and no place for anything else. 3rd room was an upgrade so ok for the price we paid.

I liked the location.
Check in online with the apps works only if you buy something / pay for something. And that item is not added right away to your profile… it is actually not visible at all.
At the reception there are few self check in machines- none of them is working.
For the first time ever we had a person sitting in our room when we walked in… I booked a whole room with 2 beds and there was a person sitting in the room…

Excellent location for Bispejjerg Hospital and clean basic room.
Staff were helpful when you could get attention but was very busy.
Very noisy room on roadside and very busy. Problem getting attention on reception.
