Fab Hotel, in the perfect location for a truly magical 4 day stay. The staff are exceptional and the breakfast is top class. The restaurant Il Molo was a wonderful surprise , the quality of the dishes are so good , we tried it night 1 , went back for day 2 and kept it for our last night- really good range, perfectly prepared - 5 stars

Good
The location is great and despite being at the end of a busy street, it is quiet. The breakfast is good too.
The pictures on their site and booking.com are misleading. Only 3-4 rooms have large windows overlooking the canal. Most rooms facing the canal have tiny windows so you really are unable to enjoy the views. It was extremely disappointing! You do not get your money’s worth.

Wonderful
It was a clean modern room on the canal. Close to restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast.
It was a bit small

The whole facility was spotless! The breakfast had a great selection. The Staff were all very accommodating! I will recommend to all that ask.
Unsure of the audio's source but we could hear a neighboring room's conversation in detail. Strange that it almost sounded like they were in the room with us. Disappointing that it was in a language that we didn't understand. They weren't loud just distracting. Luckily they kept a normal sleep schedule.

Location is amazing; walking distance to everywhere and a picturesque Nyhavn setting. Breakfast is to die for - don’t try to find the perfect croissant on over-exaggerated/priced places. Staff was polite, responsive and helpful. Not fake smiles and forced interest but genuine hospitality. We had to leave by 3 am for our departure flight, freshly baked pastries, fruits, coffee and tea was ready for us in the lobby area…who does that?
Need early check in option. But it’s an operational policy that does not reflect on the hotel’s overall quality.

Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful with all my questions and issues.
I reported that I had left expensive prescription Rayban sunglasses on the desk in my room after checkout. Housekeeping had to have found them, but they said they didn't.
