Breakfast, Sauna area was great.
The bed, the pillows, the unbelievable 18 euros a day parking fee that belongs to the hotel. (No parking around).

Especially the kid-friendly staff and clean rooms (we had a junior suite). Very tasty food served by the hotel restaurant (breakfast & dinner).
The spa area is great as well!!
The only minus point is that the spa area closes at 8 pm already. Way too early, since people would love to visit the saunas and pool, relax after a day at the beach as well as dinner. Barely possible since it's closing so early.

The room decor and sauna were wonderful
Our neighbor was smoking all evening on the terrace and we couldn’t have the window open for fresh air. The staff told them and they did not stop smoking.

Great conversion of a former factory, with modern furnishings and many features such as pool, sport and spa options (although we didn’t use any of those and the massage appointments were booked solid during our stay :(. Large breakfast area with ample selection. Friendly staff.
It was a bit far away from the beach. And even farther from the dog beach (which we needed) —options: either a 30 minute walk with all your stuff or: drive + pay for parking (in addition to the paid parking for the hotel, mind you). So we went to the (dog) beach on the Weststrand (a relatively short drive a bit southwest of Zingst) instead - saw more of the coast/towns/landscape and it was much more enjoyable…

Breakfast was great! Very good variety and quality.
The Wifi was awful. It was only strong in the lobby - it was inconsistent even within our Maisonette and I was unable to do any work in the room.

Cozy and quiet hotel for spending vacation. Very good with swimming pool and a terrace.
I think a bathroom should have a lock, you don't have a possibility to lock the bathroom door.
