It was possible to get a nice hot shower. The check in procedure is quite easy.
Below average Ibis Budget. The room was not so clean. It was cold since the window was open in the middle of winter. The Wifi did not work for my computer, but it worked for the phone. We were charged city tax in the price of booking.com and also the same city tax added to the total sum to the bill.

It was a good hotel. Typical Ibis Budget nothing new. All look the same.
The Bedsheets and pillow cases should be changed more often. I stayed a week in the hotel and they were not changed. Not even the towels were replaced.

Nothing to like about this horror show, never again would I consider Ibis hotels from booking.com.
Dishonest, and absolutely the worst place you could consider staying @..... Unless you like bed bugs and hairs in the bed, let alone the sick stains over the top bunk side panel. Ibis should be embarrassed to call this a hotel. Just in case you like to recycle toothpaste, the glasses have some residual from the last visitor to help save on your travelling costs. Should you arrive after hours they like to double charge you, for which they seem to point to booking.com for the refund. And so you pay twice for the rooms with no refunds, or help from booking.com !! Best bet if you like horror shows or would like to know how hotels shouldn't be run, then consider it worth a visit.

Second time here as the first time was very pleasant. OK, it is a budget hotel so do not expect perfection in any way. But the beds are comfortable (even in comparison with hotels much more expensive, on the hard side), the shower works as does the toilet and you have everything you need for a few nights in town. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from arrival; to departure. There was a small issue with the bed sheets but that was quickly and perfectly solved. Rooms on the back side are very quiet. A gas station almost accross the road, the A46 freeway close by, all supermarkets just down the road and the cente of Wuppertal at just 6-7 KM. Safe and free parking available on site.

Location was good. It was near Credo Kirche which had a concert I wanted to attend. I didn't have breakfast. I was alone though.
Toilet was not very clean. The room was cold in the beginning. But by and large it was fine. The bathroom was tiny. The bathroom had no lock.
