The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfy
No staff on site, we made the booking with a few hours before check in but they didn’t receive the info it seems, so having to call numbers and find the right person to give us entry was stressful as it was a cold night

Almost everything about my stay was as expected or even better. My room was clean and had everything I needed. The parking space I was a little worried about was also plentiful.
I wish the cushions were the right size, instead one was too small and the other one too big to be comfortable. Other than that, no complaints.

1. It was quiet and staff was very supportive.
2. The room is clean with reasonable price.
3. The breakfast is good and fresh.
1. There should be more clear direction sign from room to lobby.
2. It is diffult to take the luggage to room by taking stairs.

Disappointing
Room was large and nice. It was in a building which was next to the main hotel building. Doors were closed in the main building in the morning and I couldn't enter the building of my room once being outside.
My shower didn't work, I ordered a room for two persons, payed for it but just got a room with a single towel and single blanket. The radator in the bathroom didn't work and the shower was not working either

This was my second time to visit that hotel and I become satisfied like the last time. A nice hotel, with comfortable rooms and bed, good breakfast. The hotel is placed in a quiet place with parking space. The personal was helpful and served us with big smile. The hotel is located close to the Vw Autostadt and of course close to the highway. Of course I will visit it again.

Disappointing
Staff was very helpful and very kind. Temperature in the room was great too.
I had to switch rooms. There was no hot water in the shower in the first room. The shower in the second room had hair on the wall, presumably from the previous visitor. Also, the pillow was just terrible... A piece of paper is better than the pillow there.

Modern rooms, plenty of parking spots, great location when visiting VW.
You can hear noise coming from the other rooms.
