Very good hotel in amazing location in the city center but very close to the water, comfortable rooms with modern facilities and pleasant experience of staying there for a night! Liked the breakfast, tasty, enough choice and of good quality for the reasonable price!
Some small concerns 1. Soundproofing is not ideal, but not critical. Heard a water supply and hard steps of noisy neighbors, but not annoying 2. Double bed in reality is 2 separate mattresses which is not in every sleeping position comfortable

Everything was perfection. Had the self catering rooms for 18 days, not a sound from neighbours or outside pedestrians, staff amazing, location perfect. Best stay we have had for many, many years.

The emplacement is ideal and it's super easy to park. The room were comfortable and the bathroom quite new and big !

Modern, nearly new, small apartment. Comfortable, just enough space. Lots of pleasant yet practical touches. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Good breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location right by the port (which is a lively area, both day and night) and at a walking distance from all main attractions. The staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast buffet in the morning rich and tasty (although the "sweet compartment" was almost missing, as is typical in Germany).

Lovely hotel with parking options right in Wismar. The room was spacious and had a nice bathroom attached.
Even whilst using the slow lift there were still steps to use to walk to the room.

Newly renovated room which was nice and well thought. Hotel location is excellent.
The room had air condition but it was turned off without a possibility to use it. Keeping window open was the only way to get cooler air but then noice from the steet was disturbing.

Parking was easy and free if there is a place available. Otherwise there is a hotel garage. Staff are very friendly and location is very central to the harbour.

The location of the hotel is good. It is closer to Old Town so that you can easily walk without taking any transport.
There were no towels inside. They have forgotten about it and when we called the reception, it was already out of business hours. When we went to the reception, there was no one. That is not a huge problem since we called them out of business hours, let's say. The problem is that we mentioned the problem, when we checked out and they asked why we didn't inform them. We said that when we called, it was out business hours. They did not even apologize for the situation. Another problem was with the city tax. The other person said that I can pay it by card but when we checked out, the other one said that we can only pay the city tax with cash. That was also confusing and thankfully we had cash with us. Last but not least, the room was really smelling bad when we entered. Considering that there were no towels, I cannot be even sure that they cleaned it before we checked in. If they did, they would also put the towels, I guess.
