The accommodation is very nice clean and in a very good location close to many lifts that are easily reachable by car. It has plates, cups and utensils which is nice. There was a dishwasher and its soap in place, so we could simply fill it with dirty dishes and clean them easily. The reception and restaurant area is big and nice. We had dinner once there and it was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
There were only 2 toilet paper rolls for 4 people for 3 nights. That was very little. There was no soap, nor Shampoo nor Shower gel in the bathroom which I expected in such a nice place. (Minor one) The bed sheets and duvet covers were folded on the bed, so we had to make the beds ourselves. It would have been nicer to find the beds ready to use specially that we arrived late at night.

We loved our stay. Beautiful location, very central to some lovely towns. Perfect for families - my boys absolutely loved everything. We went in summer and need to experience it in winter. Chalet is stunning as well. We loved everything!
The only thing that we expected better was more thorough cleaning. I asked specifically for the place to be double checked for cleanliness as I have little kids and because of the current virus I wanted everything to be spotless. The place looked very clean but when I opened the curtain behind the tv I found a half eaten apple on the floor. Cleaner must have missed this. I would have ignored it if I didnt have a crawling baby who puts everything in his mouth. Otherwise the rest was very clean and a real shame about the apple as I would have rated it higher.

The restaurant was not open every day and the menu was limited. Heating not working properly.
