Location was great with the town center close by and the staff were friendly and helpful
All in all the hotel is just old. The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms miss basic things like a coffee maker or a fridge that should be a standard for a 4 star hotel.

+Home feeling. We felt very welcomed. +Very sweet staff. +Selection of the products for breakfast. It was basic and simple, no salmon or avocado or pre-packed yogurt, but everything was fresh made, tasty and well thought quality products. +Decoration, designer touch. Someone thought through every detail of the hotel very well. Extra flowers, picture on the wall, lights, designer solution to make up the place. Really impressive. +Calm peaceful place +Charger for electric car +wifi had no problem +Central location: few minutes car drive to any place you need - e.g. ski lift, ski school, mc Donald’s. City center or Aldi - few minutes by foot. +Sauna
- Smell in the room and on the 1st floor - canalisation? - Whole place needs proper renovation. I think pictures are more than 10 years old. - Too much used towels. Not ironed towels. - Swimming pool temperature- 27C. Ok after sauna, but was too cold for children to enjoy.

We liked the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, as well as having a space that we can enter from outside the Hotel to leave our ski things.

Swimming pool and sauna in the basement were very nice after a long walk in the snow. Also, I came by train, and the hotel is a short walk from the station.
Coffee-tea facility in the room would be a nice bonus. The room was very clean, and furnished comfortably. But making a cup of tea in the evening would be the cherry on top.

All went well. The breakfast room was convenient and homely. Food quality was very nice and varied. I really couldn't ask for more in a hotel stay. I didn't have my evening meals there, but everything about the place indicated that if I had, these too would have been excellent. Gach uile rud go deas!
