Lovely modern room. Ground floor so unfortunately no view but no steps either.
The dorfschenke bar was closed. Not much atmosphere in the upstairs bar.

Everything was great. But everything to do with the parking was badly organized. Also, the hotel's customer service is unresponsive, and sometimes, to get an answer on an email took more than seven days!! It is a shame because the rest is so well organized; the apartments were very clean and felt new.

I have to say that the Receptionist Julian Was fantastic, very helpful, He make our stay very comfortable even we did not stay long. He has got superb attitude to customers, he made as feel as if we staying at home. Thank you Julian we did not have time to thank you as we left very early in the morning

rooms are big and comfortable, quite private locations of rooms and of whole hotel.
needs a little bit of care and love in surrounding like trimming grass, getting rid of smells in corridors, repairing door that goes to swimming pool and so on.
breakfast looks plenty but nothing was really tasty or reasonably delicious.

The room was comfortable, well equipped, modern, the little details in the room were well designed. Comfortable beds, smart tv, well equipped kitchen.
The regional card, which gives you passes to a bunch of if attractions, was great.
Nice warm pool. They provide towel and robes in the pool, which is really convenient.
The place was great, some minor improvement points:
The room temperature was locked. We couldn't turn on the heating while it was a bit cold at night.

Large and comfortable room, extensive breakfast buffet. Close to hiking trails. Fairly large indoor pool.
The room was large and comfortable but water bottles, tea bags and coffee cups were not added to for our second day. The beds were quite hard. The breakfast buffet was extensive and good overall but our request (placed during booking) for a vegan option was basically ignored. Fortunately it turned out that at least soy milk was standard part of the buffet. The Filippino staff at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful but the local staff was a bit stiff and uninterested. Lastly, the courtyard terrace looked a bit unmaintained.

The breakfast was amazing. The facilities at the hotel were also very good. The 'apartment' we rented had an amazing view and was spacious. The beds were comfy. The location was quiet and charming. Relatively good value for money.
Many things that were advertised on the website/booking confirmation were not as advertised. For example, the whirlpool part was simply broken- so no whirlpool! The apartment came with a kitchenette. From previous travel experience, I assumed there would be at least salt and pepper (we had oil and other spices). No I had to buy those from the reception and pay 4.90Euro per spice. The apartment was simply dirty for a 4-star hotel. There was dust and spiders everywhere. The facilities advertised said: Streaming services (like Netflix). This was not available, and when we asked the staff at the reception, they had no idea. We couldn't even connect our phones to the TV to watch something. There were also no free toiletries- just shampoo in the shower. This is totally ok, but since it was advertised, I expect that a 4-star hotel would have it.

The hotel was located in a very peaceful spot and our balcony looked across the hills. If we had stayed in the winter I am sure it would have been very convenient for skiing as there were ski areas within walking distance. The room was a really good size, with a kettle & coffee machine, & fridge. The bathroom was also good & had good lighting & even a decent magnifying mirror which is appreciated. The spa, gym & pool were added pluses. The restaurant food (very allergy aware) in the evening was good even with its small menu and the staff efficient (although they could smile more!) Breakfast was also good ~ a decent buffet with all the usual items and gluten free bread available on request. The seating area outside was also pleasant.
It was an exceedingly hot weekend on our visit & AC would have been great in the room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows dreadful! The staff were efficient but spoke very little English & could have been friendlier.
