The property is quite spacious with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom
Where to check in / check out was a bit confusing at first, but calling is quite helpful and the staff helped us out

Outdated, bathroom is very minimalistic, toilet too high for small kids. Beds ok, sheets short.

Friendly staff, nicely located, just outside Winterberg, but close to the bikepark (the main reason for our trip)
Communication was a bit unclear, emails were not always answered, or it took a long time to get a response. However, when we did receive an answer, the staff was friendly and helpful.
