Friendly staff, nicely located, just outside Winterberg, but close to the bikepark (the main reason for our trip)
Communication was a bit unclear, emails were not always answered, or it took a long time to get a response. However, when we did receive an answer, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional
The staff was very friendly and easy going. We had a dog and two kids which worked out well, no issues at all. Dinner and breakfast where great. Location was nice nearby woods, etc. Only a 5 min drive to the ski slope in Winterberg. Rooms where comfortable, super price/quality. We will definitely go back there again.
