Close to Winterberg and sufficient parking spaces. Breakfast with sufficient choices also for kids
Nothing to do in the town itself, but that is no issue since I came for skiing in Winterberg

Breakfast was very nice. Different options for different tastes.
Location was a bit outside of Winterberg but convenient and quiet.
Ping pong table and billard.
There is no reception so it is difficult to get hold of somebody if you need something.
For four days nobody cleaned the room or took out our garbage (!). And we were 4 in the room. No changing of towels either.
The staff does not speak English. Unfortunately a common thing in whole winterberg which is quite surprising as it is a touristic place. Imagine if Germans go visit Greece and the people in hotels and restaurants only speak Greek to them! I kind of felt that in this concrete sector of economy which is the hospitality sector, people should put more effort to learn at least basic English.

The room was very neat and clean, great shower, proper heating in both the bathroom and the bedroom. Those are major things for us. The size of the room and the seating corner was also pleasant, it wasn't just a bed.
Breakfast compliments for the fresh waffles, they were my favorite.
Would definitely stay again!
It doesn't really count, but i would like the checking in process to be more smoothly, but not really a problem.
The breakfast spread was decent, but less options for vegetarians.
Again, for the price, lovely room and location, I don't even have any negative comments. !

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right in centre and just 10 mins drive from Winterberg. The breakfast was delicious with a mix of warm and cold food

Comfortable, clean room and the staff looked after us well (including gluten-free breakfast for those who needed it). There's a bar with an honesty box and the kids enjoyed the games room. The village is really nice with a pretty little park and playground, and there are lots of things to do around Winterberg. For us this was a somewhat random halfway stop on a longer journey, but we really enjoyed the couple of days we spent here.

The B&B is an old facility, however ok renovated, with a terrace and pool & ping pong that the kids have enjoyed. The property is located in a very small village (no restaurant or grocery store), however in a very quiet place with easy access to hikes and stralls. The owner is very nice and helpful.
The property is actually an old building (probably, like all the houses in the area), and even though the rooms are refurbished, the house itself has its look and the smell (which one may consider a charm, though).

Location was great,clean,the apparent manage by private host ,she is also nice,good breakfast.
We paid 97 euros with out city tax for one night stand here,they give us rooftop room where the upper window is only open, so the problem is the raining time you cannot open the window and there is no other ventilation option.

Secou e time we stay for a weekend and definitely we will return. Nice facilities including ping-pong and a small Gillardin table that kids and not kids love. Comfy beds, acceptable breakfast and a nice parking just in front of the door… all we need for a nice weekend!

The location was just perfect, not very far from Winterberg and all its attraction. In 5-7 mins of drive you were near the attractions. Enough parking on the spot, rooms were super clean and staff was courteous.
Breakfast was good but had the same menu for 2 days. Could have added changed the menu. Added some vegetarian items as well.
TV software needed to be updated, it took us some effort to fix the TV software issue.

Great location.
Lighting in the room was a bit problematic because down lights in roof kept on glowing right through the night even after switched off. It made it more difficult to fall asleep.
