Good location and very big appartment in good condition. Free parking.
The cleaners forgot to put shampoo in the bathroom but that's the only complaint.

Good location, room and facilities in general.
When we arrived in the evening from an 8 hour drive, we were handed the key to an apartment that wasn't made ready for us - so it was full of trash from the prior guests, with dirty towels on the floor, used linen etc. Back at the reception we were told, that they did not have any staff ready to clean the room at the time, so we where offered to buy ourselves a drink at their bar and just wait there. As we were hungry from the drive, we instead went out to get dinner in town, and when we came back to the hotel after several hours, the room had been made ready. Everything else was fine, but an arrival like that is just not good and the rushed cleaning that was eventually made was definitely questionable.

We booked an apartment, which is about 300 meters from the facility. Traveling with a two-month-old baby, and having booked the crib in advance and indicated my arrival with an infant, we were assigned the room on the second floor without an elevator. I wish I had known about the lack of an elevator in advance or been given a room on the ground floor. It was not very comfortable getting up and down the stroller.

In the main facility everything was as presented on booking. The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable. The SPA was good and equipped with swimming pool and saunas (however the water in the swimming pool could be a bit warmer). In front there were 2 car chargers.
However if you book the apartments, the story is totally different. The quality of the apartments is way lower compared to the main facility. There was a strange smell inside the apartment buildings. The apartment buildings were far from the main hotel and the access to the spa or breakfast was not included. This wouldn't have been a problem if this would have been stated on booking, but is was not stated that the apartments were not at the same level as the hotel, that there was no access to the SPA or breakfast. We had to call booking in order to change the apartment for a room in the hotel. We were disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding the apartments. Additionally the water in the swimming pool was a bit cold and the available parking was less than the capacity of the hotel.

The room is well designed and equipped. Everything is clean and proper. Perfect view from the balcony.
