AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The host "BRINK". AT ALL COSTS. HORRIFIC HOST! DO NO USE BRINK. I asked for 2 sets of keys! Wow, he went mad. He did eventually agree to change the locks as this would be quicker to get a spare set of keys. He was doing me a big favour and he says he has 3000 guests and no-one else has ever asked for another set of keys! (Even if you are at a hotel for 1 night, you will get 2 sets of keys! We were here for 14 nights!) However, he only sent the caretaker to change the lock on the front door of the flat. I had to pay a 50Euro deposit for this partial set of keys. I had no problem with this. He gave us a fob for the building, and a front door key. This meant we had one full set of keys( 1 fob, and 2 keys) and a half set of keys. (1 fob and 1 key). A massive problem! But he doesn't see it as a problem. He says use the keysafe where we got the keys. This is 2km from our apartment! Ridiculous!! Walk 2km to put keys in a keysafe, then walk back past the apartment on the way to the village! So that's a 4km detour to put keys in a keysafe!! He just has no idea what he's suggesting!!! Then he tells us to hide the keys outside, or the caretaker suggests leaving the patio door open! We are on the ground floor, 20metres from a public footpath! We had lots of IT equipment. I would not do any of those things in my own house ,so I'm not doing it in an apartment block in Germany!! You need a fob to get into the building and to use the pool/games area and for the bins. You need a key to get into the room and a key to get out to the patio. The keys are on tamper-proof keyrings, so you can't take keys off. If we could have left the patio key in the apartment, job done, we wouldn't have had any problems. But NO. We found that when I went out biking in the morning till 2pm,when I got back, my partner had stayed to sun herself on the patio, but wanted to go out at 12.30pm.

The heater in the main (living) room didn't work and it got quite cold during the night; and the shower door was kinda broken, so it was leaking a bit.

I would like there to be at least one clock on the wall.

The appartment appeared clean, but on further inspection seemed like it was rarely vacuumed. The awning on the balcony faltered a lot. The metal bunk bed creaked so much that it was unsleepable. We found no information regarding emergencies and urgent situations.

Apartment very small which is not ideal for a skiing trip where you have a lot of luggage and every day clothes to dry. You had to pay for towels and bedding extra. In the bathroom soap and shower mat was missing. In the kitchen there was no cleaning liquid, no kitchen towels, no salt, pepper and sugar and only two tablets for dishwasher. For all this money it would be good if you not have to bring or buy all this essential stuff.

We were looking for an apartment with a pool, unfortunately, the water was too cold.
