I had a short business trip so I took a room here because of the location was close to my work. So only the location was good. Rooms were fine. Everything else was horrible.
The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen and they also thieves. I left my room for less than 1 hour in the morning and when I came back around 450 euros were stolen from my wallet in my room. It was definitely someone from the staff who knew I went out because I was out for only 40 minutes. That person saw me leaving and had the code for my room and entered and took my money! What worse is that the staff and receptionists acted like they couldn’t do anything and denied anyone going into my room. I asked for the cameras to be checked and they claimed no one entered. I filed a police report and hopefully they will be able to do something about it. But bottom line is, don’t go to this hotel unless you would like to experience robbery first hand. They are all thieves and i would be surprised if this is a grand scheme between several staff members. Those who go in to steal and the security that tampers with the security cameras.

The sheets smelled like mildew. When we asked for new sheets, the second set also smelled like mildew. The room had a musty odor. The room was small. Coffee was provided in an unsealed canister.

This is my second time staying at the Town Hotel. The staff is always very welcoming and nice. The location can’t be beat.
I was very disappointed in housekeeping this time. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty for two days, and I had to ask reception to tell the Housecleaner to fill it. Even after I did, she didn’t. I had to find her myself and tell her to refill it. Both the hand wash by the sink and the body wash/shampoo were empty,m when we arrived, and after three days I had to find housekeeping to ask her to refill. They need to replace ALL of their pillows. They should just throw everything out and start fresh with nice fluffy new clean pillows. The ones they have are lumpy and irregular and the large ones have to be doubled over so that you have any kind of support for your head. They also give you pillows with no pillowcases. The shower is a bit of a nightmare. You can only use the handheld device because the water does not come out in an even spray from the overhead spout. It dribbles out from just a few holes. There is no shelf or ledge in the bathroom for you to put your own shampoo or soap. I feel bad having to leave such a negative review about the room, but it was a major disappointment this time.

Breakfast was ok , but the coffee maker was fussy and the buffet had no extra napkins. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean , quiet and well insulated from the outside cold. We did not need to turn on the heat. The rooms look like they were newly renovated and don't ywt show signs of wear and tear. Matress was supportive and comfortable.
The bathroom: Shower was hazardous because of the slippery floor and no grab bars. Leaving the shower after use was particularly hazardous. The sink vanity doesnt have enough space for two peoples' items. There was only one wall hook to hang toiletries. The towel bar was loose. There was no shelf in the shower to place personal shampoo and soap items. Shower controls were fussy.
