Breakfast for 24 Euros is unacceptable. A small bowl of mediocre fruit with dry muesli should not be that expensive. All other items looked unappetizing at best. Therefore I didn't eat any off it. Your espresso tasted like warmed up dish water. Not hot enough or strong enough, by far worst coffee on a one week trip in Germany.

The property is very convenient to downtown and train station.
My check-in started with a front desk unattended to my check-in. The representative was more concerned about other individuals activities in the lobby than helping me check-in properly. The parking issues with using the daily parking rate while staying at the hotel was just poor customer service. The staff lack of concerns for my using the parking garage while staying in the hotel was obvious. The staff seem to lounge in a back room than attend the front desk. One front desk representative did finally help with the parking issues on our second day. Check-out went seamless. The breakfast host was very nice and helpful.

Extremely bright lights from the courtyard beam into rooms. They should turn off the lights at some point like 10 pm so that people in the courtyard facing rooms can sleep

billing. I booked a room with breakfast included but I got a bill with a separate price for "breakfast food" and "breakfast drink". Why? breakfast is breakfast why two separate prices? When I asked for a bill that mentioned only the price per night, the hotel declined my request. Also I paid for parking and one time I could not find a spot to park because a guest took two spots to park his car. When I reported that the receptionist was not helpful at all. I showed him the picture but he did not do anything!
