Hotel Jagerhof is easy to find, just take a bus three stops up Bahnhofstr. from the train station. When going back to the hbf goto the bus station around the corner and there is a sign on the wall telling you which buses to take. The presence of a fridge was useful, but no tea-making facilities. The bed was OK and the shower hot. Breakfast was included, and made for a nice start to the day.
There is no lift, but with the highest floor being the third, this is no great problem.

it was very close to a place, were I was spending the main part of the days... it is walk distance from main station on Wiesbaden and is located in an absolute center of city.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast with a large selection included in the price. The owner/operator was very nice. Location ideal for work or tourism.
The room was cold when I arrived and took a while to heat up. Furnishings old, chipped, stained, and sometimes broken. Bedside lamp didn't work. Entrance to my room meant going up various levels of stairs and going outside. Wall thin enough to hear the neighbours talking. Wifi wouldn't connect on the first day.
