I appreciated the spaciousness of the room, the curtains that effectively darkened the space, and the pressure of the shower. Furthermore, the location was truly excellent. The staff was very nice and friendly.
My recent experience at the hotel, unfortunately fell short of my expectations.
On my first night, I encountered a significant issue with my room key, which I was unable to use despite my efforts for approximately 20 minutes. After my attempts proved fruitless, I proceeded to the reception desk, only to find it unattended due to the late hour. There was, however, a sign indicating an emergency contact number. I dialed this number, hoping for assistance, but instead, I was met with an uncharacteristically rude response from the individual on the other end.
This person, who identified himself as being on holiday in Fuerteventura, spoke to me in a condescending manner, questioning my understanding of how a key functions. He expressed irritation that I had encountered a problem, claiming that no one else had ever experienced similar difficulties and, regrettably, stated that he was unable to assist me due to his holiday. His demeanor was not only dismissive but also disrespectful, as he made inappropriate comments questioning my state of mind.
When I inquired about a colleague who might help, he raised his voice and suggested I find another hotel. His dismissive demeanor and inappropriate comments left me feeling disrespected. After this distressing exchange, I managed to enter my room after another 30 minutes of effort.
The next morning, I returned to the reception for a new key, only to discover that the rude individual was the chef. Although I received a replacement key, I continued to face issues each night as the keyhole repeatedly jammed.
Additionally, my bathroom was not cleaned by room service during my stay; while my bed was made, the lack of bathroom maintenance was disappointing. In summary, my experience was marred by poor service and communication, leaving me feeling undervalued as a guest.

Nice place, clean room, comfortable bed, many devices
Devices: not always clear how to use. To switch on the electric oven we had to call a boy from the staff but he also failed and called for a technician! Why not write a short instruction! There were also problems dealing with microwave, lamps etc. WiFi password was sent by whatsup, we connected with phones - but the next day I wanted to connect laptop, the message already disappeared (
