We live in Wiesbaden and our home lost heat. We stayed here to have heat and hot water. Location is close to our home and downtown . It was a quiet restful stay.
The bathtub shower was slippery and dangerous. The door locking mechanism is sketchy and unreliable.

Rooms on 5th floor have door to wrap around veranda. Nature lovers will appreciate the ring neck parakeets and enormous trees.

I liked breakfast, garden and employees.
I didn't like the room it was very small, smaller than it was in the description, it was not air -conditioned, and the mattresses are very bad and uncomfortable as if they were children's ranks. Also, the cleaning worker in the morning was cleaning the adjacent room loudly. There is no sound insulation between the rooms.

Very accessible hotel with an elevator for higher floors. Good breakfast for 11 euros extra. Spacious room.
No room amenities like kettle, tea/coffee, mini fridge etc. Just a bed and bathroom.

A generous spread for breakfast. My room overlooked the 'Kur-Park' - lots of trees with parrots (!) and squirrels, and the big beautiful theater. Easy walking. distance to the center of town. I chose a single room with balcony for it's view. There are bigger, nicer rooms available in the hotel. Clean bathroom, good shower. Friendly , helpful staff at reception.
Breakfast rolls were reheated. Fresh rolls would have been nice. The room i had originally booked had a balcony door which did not work. Got moved into a similar room, not as much to my liking, but still okay..

We have stayed several times and always enjoyed it. The location is good for us, the staff are always helpful and friendly and the accommodation and breakfast are fine.
The tv had a fault but we could still watch the news. In the summer the outside area could be greatly improved without too much expense.

Super helpful and friendly staff
Would need a deep cleaning and some maintenance. Stains in carpets, balcony door stuck, early mold signs in shower, but hey its not a 5 star luxury hotel and price value is very good. Didn't had breakfast but my colleagues said it was very good
