Room was clean and comfortable. Pet friendly. Good wifi. Breakfast ok. Great location.
Our room on street side was quite noisy, you get all the traffic noise, passer-bys conversations, dogs barking.
There is no elevator and you have to haul your luggage up steep and rather narrow stairs. We had booked a parking space on the hotel's parking, this was confirmed in writing, but when we arrived, no parking was available. We had to park the car in a public parking around 200m from the hotel, at the cost of 20€/day.

Breakfast was amazing! Pretty good variety of dishes, delicious, well served, beautiful interior of canteen.
Room was very warm in a extremely windy and a bit cold weather. Surprisingly there was a small kitchen in the room.
Location is pretty good, only 10 min by foot to the main train/bus station. It was pretty comfortable to reach many sightseeings over the all island.
I was provided with another room, not as I expected - on photos there are few big rounded windows.
Extra local tax I paid in hotel (about 2 euros per day).
Request for earlier time for check-in was confirmed by hotel with note "we will try". However, when I arrived hotel asked me to wait until regular check-in time. It was not crucial for me, so, I didn't argue. But in another case it might be a big problem.
