The location is incredible, as its calm in the area but close to multiple great restaurants, apart from their own, which is also great.
Early in the morning, when the rooms start getting cleaned it can be a little noisy outside if you want to sleep in one day.

The location is very good. Close to the beach walk, close to nice restaurants, close to the city center and close to a very helpful mechanic (Mller's Werkstatt).

The rooms were comfortable and clean with nice balconies. Beautiful landscaping and many areas to relax. Dogs welcome. Free parking on the street or paid in the lot. Friendly staff. Close to city center and walking/bike path. Free Prosecco and water in the rooms
