This was a pretty good apartament.
It's not a hotel, so no personnel, no breakfast, but normal kitchen, good equipment, comfortable place with bedroom and kitchen/living room.
I like this style of the minimalistic modern design.
Center of the city, 15 min from the beach, central part with the shops, cafes in 2 steps.
For the week or two it's much better than the hotel.
Placed near the train station, so can be a bit loudly with opened windows.
Had some small issues with first entrance and registration, no helping desk in place, only by phone.
But it was automatic registration via the terminal, so ok in general.
