Great location, very clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast with nice coffee. It was also competitively priced and staff was very nice.
W i-fi was a bit weak in my room and room itself lacked a bit of warmth in terms of decor.

Good breakfast. Comfy room with big windows. View of the castle. Nice desk personnel.
Hard to park in the dark. We didn’t have the right PIN but were able to get in luckily.

This hotel is amazing. It's in a great location, at the end of Wernigerode, right next to the nature. I felt the air there is super clean and healthy. I like the green grass of the ski schanzen (we were there in the summer). At night it is so quiet, you only hear birds' noises. The room was spacious and the bathroom had everything necessary. I really love this location for its serenity, nature and fresh air. The breakfast in the hotel was very good as well.

Rooms clean and comfortable apart from the pillows! Good bathroom. Staff pleasant. Interesting to see children on the ski jump
No bar or restaurant and quite a long walk uphill from town but good for us!

I like the personal in the breakfast area. They were super nice and welcoming. There is by corridor when you enter the room and there is another door for my room. The bathroom is on the corridor. It was like a dormitory:) Bathroom was fancy and quite new.
I stayed the room at the entrance floor. First night I felt its not super safe since It was right next to entrance door. It is only door that you can use after 10PM. But haven't have any issue. Just felt weird.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, equipped with everything you need. Breakfast is good. I was especially pleased with the surprise that the hotel staff arranged for my birthday - for breakfast our table was festively decorated and my wife and I received a glass of dry sparkling wine. Very good short trekking route with a beautiful observation tower in the end.
I would like to advise allowing reception staff to communicate with guests in languages other than German, adding music TV channels and channels in other languages. Also, perhaps, to increase the occupancy of the hotel, it would be advisable to use the capabilities of the ski resort - purchase and use a snow cannon, use a cable car, etc.

Everything is new and in perfect condition. Personal is friendly and helpful.

Nice location with nice view out of the window. Quite. Nice breskfast
We almost missed check-in as it was closing before official closure time (staff called us to ask if we could come earlier). We had to ask other quest how to enter hotel as staff left and closed main entrance right after we got a key and then to upload baggage from the car.
No restaurant around and in hotel.
