The breakfast variety is excellent, and the food tastes great.
Hotel room is really clean.
Hotel staff is quite friendly and helpful.
We arrived on a rainy day, the circulation in the room is not very good even when we opened the window, it felt a bit humid.

It was clean and the breakfast was good. A mini-kettle made tea/coffee making possible. Our room had no air conditioning and the only window was in the ceiling.
It's a very long walk from the station and the town centre for those travelling without a car. We arrived at our stated time 3-4 pm but Reception was locked and un-staffed. A notice informed us to phone a number for an access code to a key box- fortunately we had a phone and eventually got the code and opened the box. No mention of the un-staffed nature of the 'hotel' was made at time of booking. Our room was very small, basically a single room with 2 beds crammed into it. During the evening we had to listen to some local youths (or maybe other guests?) playing football nearby for several hours and from about 11 pm this escalated to a drunken and very loud party which went on until 2 am. (it was Saturday night).OK this wasn't the fault of the 'hotel' but if we'd known that this happened around there on Saturday nights we wouldn't have gone there. We had to close the one and only window in the room to keep the noise out and without air-conditioning it soon became rather hot and stuffy. Also a guest sleeping in another room could be heard snoring at night. We never met any of the staff (if there are any) except the unsmiling breakfast lady, who when we handed the keys in immediately stung us for 6 euros 'tourist tax' for our one night stay even though the Booking.com receipt said that local taxes were included in the total we had paid.

Overall good experience. Hotel provides most essential items inside room. Breakfast was ok but can be improved. Hotel receptionist was very helpful.
Room size, Bed size, bathroom size is very small. Not so much close from the city center on fuss.

Easy to get in. Just call the number and you get a code to key safe. Very quiet place for perfect getaway together with nice fachwerk surroundings. Free parking in the yard is also available. Tasty breakfast included.

Breakfast was fine. Room large and quiet. Nice neighborhood within the residential area.
There was no front desk in the evening when I arrived. As I did not get any email with instructions to locate and get the key, I was lucky to get some hints from other customers to call some info line and wait somebody to pick up and give the advice. In the end I got in :)
