Very Good
The three-person apartment is well-equipped, clean, with comfy beds. Lovely sauna, nice pool. Good breakfast. Friendly staff who readily accommodated to our wishes and requests. Good central location, quiet.
While the breakfast is generally good and varied, the coffee is mediocre. Generally, parts of the facility could do with a little overhaul, but these are minutiae.

Wonderful
Breakfast was very complete. We loved it ! Also, as we wanted to depart early, we asked if we could eat a bit earlier then the official start time and that was no problem.

It's a good location, close to the train and bus station, the staff was very friendly and helpful
Breakfast was quite traditional, I was missing more veggie options, the room was either very cold or very warm, was hard to set up the temperature easily

Good breakfast, beautiful restaurant, super helpful & nice staff. Great location from train station & to the sights.
The single room was only ok, the bed was uncomfortable (mattress should be replaced).

Place is located well. Price was fair.
English speaking reception is none. Presence of receptionist - after 5pm no one is there and you can't even ask to switch on the sauna. No wi-fi in the room. Bad shits, blankets and pillows smells bad. Breakfast is very limited - coffee tastes like hot brown water.

swimming pool, location, friendliness and helpfulness of reception, parking facilities, breakfast choice and general atmosphere of building.
Breakfast service lady was extremely grumpy, there was no clean table for 3 persons and we sat therefore at a table for 4, this seemed to annoy her and her reaction I think was excessively rude, had she told us to wait for another table to be cleared and made up we would not have objected although we arrived at the prearranged time to eat.

Very friendly and helpful staff, and there was a real family-run feel to the place (in a good way). Our room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was very good (buffet at the weekend, table service during the week). The location is also good; close to the train station and the various access roads into Wernigerode, without needing to deal with narrow one-way streets too much.
There's nothing negative I can share. Everything was good.
