The houses were nice and spacious. Small Terrasse and balcony. Parking available in front of the property. There is a big pool with slide, lazy river and other fun things for children available for all. Sauna was very nice.
Bowling, Kegeln, playground…
The rooms are outdated, and small repairs need to be made. Kitchen was very outdated.
Upon arrival we were not informed that we needed to bring our own bedsheets or rent some at the reception, so we ended up going back and forth to get towels, bedsheets.

Swimming pool well designed with several options for different ages. Reception area was well maintained and arranged. Nice idea to have the little walk at the cafe area with wooden figures depicting fables. Parking next to house. Most nights were quiet and easy to get good sleep. Inclusive activities such as pool, indoor play area (was newly equipped and well arranged) were appreciated.
Distance to nearest waste bin collection was more than 100m from our house, could have been more centrally located rather than at the end of the site. House was not on the main site and not as nice as the ones in the photos. Accommodation was rather basic with a few articles for supposedly 4 adults (we were 2+1/2). Things like mosquito nets on windows, more coffee cups, cutlery, vacuum cleaner, etc would have been appreciated. Depending on neighbours it was sometimes noisy at night (but not every night).

Nice place close to the Centrum, water park, indoor games are worth for a family holiday stay.
It was a good place to stay, however the equipment in the houses are very old, they give us brooms to clean the house instead of vacuum cleaner. No one speak English at all, felt not worth for money.

The staff was friendly and guest-oriented. We arrived after business hours, but we got our keys, badges and bed linen in one envelope with the wishes of good stay and all check in formalities only next morning. We stayed in the house with two bedrooms. House had everything, what we needed for comfy stay during our weekend.
Closed playground was very well equipped with a lot of free space for kids to run around and release energy. There were different pools in the swimming area: for minis, for swimmers and non-swimmers. Our daughter had a lot of fun in all of them.
Food variety for breakfast and in the menu was limited. If we come again, we would rather have our meals either somewhere else or cook in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay at the park. Our kids loved the swimming pool and we really enjoyed the sauna (especially the great 'aufguss' sessions!) . There's a lot to see and do for all ages. The park itself is nicely landscaped and the facilities are clean and decent. Friendly staff and a nice mountain view.
Not a huge problem, just a slight inconvenience: it wasn't possible to park our car next to our house (Ferienhaus no 123, 4-6 pers). We had to carry all of our bags/luggage and groceries from the parking lot to the house. The holiday home was okay, just don't expect too much comfort and space. The kitchen is pretty small and the interior/furniture is not very modern but it's functional. When booking, keep in mind that the park is divided into two areas (one of them across the public road).

There was a lot to do for the kids in the area! Wernigerode is a nice city. Also, the swimming Pool and indoor playground at the park were great.
The locals were not very friendly and hardly anyone spoke English.

the houses were pretty and nice setting if you’re lucky to get one behind the street for parking. the children’s indoor area and swimming pool were good
the food isn’t so great. lunch/evening meals were very expensive and don’t taste so great.

After check out you’re not allowed to use the pool anymore & water is too cold. You must pay for bed stuff or bring your own.
