The owner was really nice and there was a really nice welcome and we got a lot of information about the city etc. We got bigger apartment than we have booked. There was a really big balcony and the kitchen. It was close to the city center. The breakfast was really nice and we had no problem with choosing something for ourselves.
We could not close the balcony door, because there was no key to do that. There was one key to front door and to our apartment, so everybody, who had the key to the front door, could go in to our apartment without any problem. There was a broken bamboo roller blind in the bedroom, that didn't work properly, so the neighbours could see the inside of our bedroom. The wi-fi signal was quite weak.

I am super dissapointed and pissed we have booked this accomodation! We have booked this accomodation because of private whirpool in the bathroom. But it seems they are not cleaning it properly! When we start up the whirpool the dirt came out of the whirpool!! when we have informed the owner she did not even say sorry! not even talking about any compensation! When we were leaving she pretended to not see us and ignored us completely! I would not ever recommend this accomodation! Plus the water in the shower and in the sink was not going away quick enogh so when you are shovering you are standing in big puddle!

The property was perfect for families or if your travelling alone. Our room was excellent for myself and my 6 year old. The apartment was fully equipped with a little compact kitchen, oven, fridge, table and chairs. No sofa to sit on just the chairs.

Good & nicely looking appartment with everything you might need, good breakfast, amazing view.
Check-in was a bit messed up (partly from our side), but that's probably not a general problem.

it was okay, but not the same room I booked
I booked another room, and pay for superior room. in photos there was jacuzzi, but in room there was not. room was cold. bedroom was so small and absolutely not the same room. there was not any slippery even for bathroom

The breakfast was ok, thoug no glutenfree options. Great location and view. Free bus travel tickets. Nice room and bathroom. Peaceful neighbourhood.
There could have been glutenfree options for the breakfast. At least at day two, when staff was informed and meanwhile could have bought som gf bread. We got a hand drawn map that was hard to read.
