One star is for some of the nice staff, the second one for the kitchen and the breakfast.
Swimming pool and thermal bath are fine, really.
The nearby lake, is beautiful with swans, geese and ducks, and you can walk along while enjoying the views.
- We got the wrong room, with parking view instead of garden view. Yes, ofcourse, booking.com is wrong, not the hotel. Eventually we got the right room;
- Curtain was not covering all of the window. Fortunately, this was solved the next day;
- Problematic Wi-Fi. It is not secure, and you'll have to renew the connection every 24 hrs. It should be available in all areas, but it's not. No real solution whatsoever;
- No air-conditioning in the room, while outside is 34°C, but after asking for a fan they brought one within a few hours;
- Fairly small room for a price of nearly €200 per day. We've had better rooms for less;
- No coffee machine or water cooker in the room;
- Glass showerdoor doesn't close tight, and there's a maximum 1 cm threshold, so the water flows easily outside;
- No light at night in the dark on the balcony;
- Socket near the bed, but only one socket on one side of the bed, near the bathroom. If you want current on the other side or on the balcony, you'll have to bring an extension cord;
- The refrigerator cools very poorly.

Nice restaurant at the hotel, with really friendly staff. The food was also nice, which it helps, as the location is quite secluded. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pools are quite big.
The staff at the reception was not friendly. I didn't feel welcomed by them, and during my check-out, one of the ladies was quite confusing regarding my payment, and because she spoke a poor English, she was stressed and rude with me.
Lastly, for what you pay for, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. They gave me a small single bed, even though I paid for double. The decoration is all old, taking you back to the 90s.

Great spa, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Small room, a bit outdated. Fancy meals at the Brasserie did not meet our taste. Spa was very crowded on Sunday.

The area was wonderful; surrounded by nature. The room was clean and tidy.
Staff was helpfull.

Easy car park. Nice facilities, pool, SPA etc but i did not make use of them.
