Disappointing
Central location.
We are a family of 5. We were very disappointed to find that there were only 4 beds ( 1 double bed, 2 single beds). There was a sofa in the living room that was not suitable for sleeping for an adult. There were 4 sets of bedding, despite our booking clearly stating 2 adults and 3 children. The free parking was not suitable as the place was covered by the cuttings of the tree branches.

A towel or mat to step on when stepping out of the bathtub and maybe a bathtub cube that wont allow water to spill when taking a shower. The windows need some maintenance.
The kitchen is well equipped but I believe guests would be happy to at least have some coffee and sugar stocked

We enjoyed the central and quiet location in this beautiful city. The apartment is roomy and sparklingly clean. There is a bakery - own bakes!! - just round the corner, where you can have a fresh coffee.
It is very hard to have something negative to write for this apartment.

Location is great, very close to Goetheplatz. There are good restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and spacious and kitchen has good facilities. Heating was good. It was convenient to have someone at the apartment to let us in although she wasn't very patient with my "not so good" German. Fortunately my wife is fluent. The free parking provided is 10 minutes walk away. However there is paid parking very close and it is only 3 Euro a day (and free at night) so is a reasonable alternative.
The shower is dangerous to use. There is no mat in the bath to stop slipping when showering and no grab handle to get in and out of the bath. Our elderly Aunt wouldn't use the shower as she feared that she would fall. WiFi (WLAN) is quite poor. It disappeared for all of the second day we were there.
