It was at the city center and the room was quite big.
The bed was terrible. It was queen size but two different mattresses that kept on separating all the time. The pillows were terrible, it was like sleeping directly on the mattress, did not do anything. I could not sleep well any of the nights i was there.

The hotel is located within the centre of Weimar and means that many of the attractions and places to visit can be reached by walking.
The hotel is tastefully decorated and the room is comfortable, with chairs and desk and comfortable beds.
There is a en-suite showeroom.
I took the opportunity to have the breakfast during my stay, you need to book in advance, by signing up on the sheet at breakfast room on arrival. The breakfast is an additional cost. It was nice and good value for money in my opinion.
There is secure gated parking at the property
There is a car lift system to maximise the parking space. I couldn’t work out how it works, but thankfully I arrived early and didn’t have to operate the lift.
It found it difficult to locate the hotel and drove past it twice before I realised where it was. The main reason for this is the streets are narrow and a lot are one way only. Poorly parked delivery vehicles created obstacles which required my full attention to navigate around. Eventually I parked and walked to the hotel to collect the key for parking on site.
Parking on site is available and secure. There is car lift system which allows two cars to be parked in the same bay.
I couldn’t work out how to use it, but thankfully I arrived early in the late afternoon and did not have to be concerned as there were still a number of spaces available, without needing to use it.
I can imagine if you arrive late it might be a problem working out how to use it!
There is no one on site to help in the evening….it wasn’t an issue for me and I was happy with the parking.
Beware there is no lift, and the stairs may an issue if you have lots of bags or are physically challenged. Again, this did not cause me an issue during my stay.

We liked the location. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff/owners was very kind.
One of the beds had a dent in the mattress, the pillows were too thin but good quality. For some of the travellers the stone floor was not so comfortable for the bathroom. I felt it was neat. I was a bit scared about the self check in but worked out very well!

The beds were comfortable. The shower very nice. We like the style and colors and it’s very centrally located close to everything. It was also very clean and we enjoyed staying there after we figured out how to work the heating.
The garage is a very small space and a little difficult to work but it is only €10 per night, and in the same building as the Rooms, so that was convenient.

This place is very nice with decently sized rooms and comfortable beds. The location is perfect for exploring Weimar with many cultural places, restaurants, and cafés close by.

Comfy room in attic. Lovely bathroom and tiled floors everywhere. Brightly painted walls with lots of framed comments hung on them.
Unable to see easily out of either window without opening them due to permenant fabric blinds or to draw the paper blinds behind to darken each velux window or lighten them in the morning. Basically the draw strings are too flimsy.
Surprisingly anonymous as no staff present except if taking breakfast or rooms being cleaned.

Pleasant room, but high up without elevator os staff help
Our room was on second floor without elevator. Getting our luggage up 2 flights of stairs was painful. Nobody was around to help. We got stuck with absentee staff at a ghost-city B&B
There is simply no staff around to help, except for breakfast, which we avoided because of our dislike of the place
Getting in hotel was unpleasant with complicated and unclear key instructions for garage opening and closing. We just do not need to stress about entering the hotel
No help in selecting restaurants
