Friendly efficient staff, clean and comfortable room.
Room is tiny, individual beds are small and not very comfortable. No free private parking, furniture &:: carpet outdated.

The family room was big and comfortable and the hotel accommodated us well with extra beds for our kids, which was much appreciated. The breakfast spread was plenty and good. Great value for money!
The water in the pool was not warm enough to swim in beyond 20 min. Also, the kids playroom near the reception/bar needs an upgrade with some additional kids structures (maybe a plastic slide, or another table with chairs) and toys - the space is good but it was quite empty and unappealing when I took my kids in there.

Staff went out of their way to help us with a medical emergency. Very professional and kind. We count ourselves lucky to have booked this place.
Aside from this, the house is an architectural gem, designed during the last years of Eastern Germany and completed, after redesign, in a united Germany. Quite the destination by itself!
