Staff went out of their way to help us with a medical emergency. Very professional and kind. We count ourselves lucky to have booked this place.
Aside from this, the house is an architectural gem, designed during the last years of Eastern Germany and completed, after redesign, in a united Germany. Quite the destination by itself!

Great location, good selection of breakfast, friendly staffs.
Downgrade my suite to two double rooms without price adjustment, there wasn’t early notice to make other plans.
