Very friendly staff in a small team. They tried their best to keep everything intact and tidy. The room was as described and the bathroom as well. The hotel has its charme, sadly for a villa there were no old furniture or pictures. They had (hidden) picture books though. The area is quiet and close to the Old Town and bus stations.
Not so convinced about the breakfast. It was tasty but I guess it always the same. Maybe because of the season. The shower faucet interrupted the showering from time to time due to a collapse.

The location was good. Otherwise nothing else.
I recently booked an overnight stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and change my plans due to the level of unfriendliness I experienced at this establishment.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted at the door by being asked "what do you want here ?".
I initially found this to be odd, but tried not to make too much out of it.
Once I was "let in", I was treated in a generally cold manner, to the point where I indicated to the lady at the reception that I would like to be treated in a friendlier manner. Her response to this was along the lines of, she had a lot to do, and that my request for friendliness was not at the top of her priorities. Upon which, I requested to cancel my booking and leave.
I can't rate the room as I never got to actually see my room, but I believe friendliness and respect is a minimum for a paying customer.

Nice surprise of this "old time" hotel. The feeling of feeling hosted in a more than hundred house is pleasant. The discover of the city as also great as the villa is a 10mn walk from the charming city center.

Great location within walking distance of downtown. Room are nice, clean and comfortable. I was a little nervous about the check-in because reception is not always open and we were provided with a code for the keyboard. But everything went well.
