Disappointing
Breakfast was pretty good and the location to the city center was nice. Bus stop close by.
The first room was dirty. The next day the hotel was able to switch rooms and did provide a free breakfast. The second room we had was dirty too. Trash was left under the bed. Hotel said if we booked direct with them they could have compensated more but because we used booking.con they could not.

The location was perfect, just around the corner of the station.
The bed was comfortable.
I had some issues with two of my cards while doing the self check in. I wrote to the staff but they didn't answer at all, not even to say that they were pleased that it was resolved.
The room was super dusty, it looked that it wasn't properly cleaned up in some time.
Also the curtains didn't give much privacy.
I really missed a kettle in the room.

The room was a good size and the beds comfortable. The rooms were nice and quiet and not overly hot. There were about four different supermarkets local to the hotel.
The windows could really do with blinds. We didn't really want to have to close the curtains and put the light on, however, the residents of the neighbouring building could see straight into our bedroom if I didn't. There were very little communal areas to sit with friends and talk other than in the bedrooms.
