The accommodation is connected to the venue where I have attended a conference and this made the location perfect. We walked to the city center and to the vineyards close by. Parking is available and the location is very quiet.
Rooms were very clean and daily cleaning was well done.
Additional services provided are kept at a minimum. Drinking water is provided at the reception which is a good thing, it worked out very well. On the other hand the room is not equipped with a kettle and heated water can't be provided by the hotel unless you buy tea. I found this very frustrating for a 4 * hotel. Even if it's not mandatory to provide a kettle, it is a clear feeling that everything is kept at minimum.
We tried to turn on the AC, but the cold air was not functioning. We stayed with the window open and it was fine.

The Vienna House Easy is perfectly pleasant. The easily accessible parking garage, the friendly staff, and the breakfast selection all combined to make our single night stay just what we needed.
The only thing, and this is probably getting too picky, is that the lighting in the bathroom only had a single overhead fixture, making the vanity mirror less than flattering / useful.

Super cute lobby. The breakfast is killer! Bus lines right across the street. There is a walking path just about 100 meters away off the street with a babbling brook, lovely gardens and a wonderful little Biergarten that I visited twice. Near the Imperial Baths and Amphitheater.
My room was clammy e en in hot, full sun days. The water temperature was inconsistent in the shower. Internet was weak and kicked me out constantly. It really was located a bit far from most of the things I wanted to see.

The staff was phenomenal, as was the cleanliness, maintenance of the building. The staff needs another mention as every question we had was well answered. We enjoyed the bikes, the brilliant breakfast and the quietness of our stay. We enjoyed walking into town on the garden house paths. We would highly recommend your hotel.

Wi Fi was awful. Signal kept dropping. The shower was not really up to scratch. I didn't realise until my arrival that there was a13 euro per day car park charge.

Nice, clean, serious and solid, helpful staff.
Shower is uncomfortable to use, it doesn’t have a pool and sauna which would be nice to unwind after work.

Good location, very easy to get to the city and restaurants by foot without even using public transportation.
They provided me with a dog bed and 2 bowls for our dog which was such a nice thing to see!
The staff was friendly and the breakfast options were nice too.
When we arrived and checked in, the reception gave us a keycard that opened an already occupied room. Their excuse was that the staff did not see well and gave us a drink voucher to compensate. To be honest I am surprised they played it so cool as in my eyes that was extremely dangerous and an invasion of the other client's privacy - luckily no one was in the room when we walked in.
The fan in the bathroom was constantly making a buzzing noise.
The shower was awkward and difficult to use without making a mess.
