Distance to highway. Parking space available.
Size of shower is super small, almost impossible to enter. Parking space to be paid for additionally and after checking out, I understood, that was not necessary, I was unable to present the parking card anywhere. Staff unfriendly on check-in and not available for check-out.

The location was very suitable for me being close to basketball Arena. Also having a car park was important as I arrived by car. There were a good bakeries around for a good breakfast.
My room was on the ground floor which was below of pavement and it was unexpected. The room had dark brown furniture and it didn't add positive feeling to the room. Unfortunately I didn't have time to visit the spa area.

The Restaurant served good food in the evening and restaurant staff friendly. Bed comfortable .
Location to the city was too far out . Radiator in our room was not working so room temperature was cool . I would have expected tea and coffee in room for the price - Breakfast in morning was mediocre.

- there wasn't a kettle in the room so you had to go to the lobby to fill your cups with water if you wanted to drink tea in your room.

- the hotel is a bit far from the centrum, but you get a nice park in return and with enough space to park your car (which you do have to pay for unfortunatly).

Room was a good size but a strange shape with quite old furniture. other rooms look more modern, were more recently decorated and had new furniture. The shower worked well but located in the corner near the toilet so you had to either sit in toilet sideways or bump your knees which wasn't ideal! There was an added bonus of small gift if you didn't need room made up/cleaned. Breakfast was good but not much choice for cooked food. However the evening meals provided were first class, great service and value for money. The main restaurant is beautifully decorated and excellent choice of wine and staff very knowledgeable and service was impeccable. great spa was an added bonus.
Pillows were very uncomfortable and no extra pillows available in room. Toilet was very close to shower cubicle.
The room was on lower ground floor, dark with no view and people walking past could look down and see in so kept curtains drawn all the time. We used the electric charging facility which was nice to have but recording the cost was very hit and miss and reception staff admitted that they had charged us the wrong amount to our account!

1. Rooms are unbearably hot.
There are no air conditioners or fans. The heat inside the rooms is suffocating, including at night. During the day, it is absolutely impossible to stay inside. In summer, this makes the stay extremely uncomfortable and almost unbearable.
2. Not kid-friendly at all.
There are no play areas anywhere in the hotel, no toys, no kids’ playroom, and nothing at all for children in the sauna area—not even a small plunge pool. Families with children will find absolutely no facilities or entertainment here.
3. Misleading location.
While the hotel is technically set in a green park area, it is actually located in an industrial zone. Most importantly, it is right next to a shelter for refugees from various countries. As a result, the park is often full of drunk and suspicious individuals, openly drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana. This makes the area feel unsafe, particularly for families.
4. Unprofessional and sometimes unfriendly staff.
Some reception employees were shockingly rude and cold, speaking to us in an unwelcoming manner upon check-in. After check-out—long after we had left the hotel—we received bizarre and unreasonable demands, including a charge of €75 because our 2-year-old child had urinated on the bed. This is unacceptable, especially given that the hotel never provided a crib, forcing our toddler to sleep in the same bed with us. Charging guests for such incidents, particularly when the hotel failed to offer basic child accommodations, is outrageous. We managed to find the solution with deducting this form the extra charge at the end but tbh it was really leaving a bad aftertaste
