Location is great, breakfast is wonderful, the staff is outstanding, Get a room on the city gate side and let the history run wild
AC was not on, or was not working very well, with window open room did not cool until around 2 am.

The breakfast was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Porta Nigra. We really enjoyed starting our mornings there. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and everything was clean and well maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable.
One downside is that parking is not free for hotel guests. It would be a nice addition if complimentary parking were included with the stay.

We didn’t want a full evening meal yet as it was around 4:00 PM. The next morning we had breakfast at the restaurant and it was sub par for $27.50 per person.
