Location
I was disappointed with our experience at the hotel. We were just 4 minutes late collecting our luggage from the room because the time on my watch had not automatically updated, and I genuinely thought we still had an hour left. However, the female staff member on that day dealing with us was not friendly. I understand that hotels have checkout policies, but I believe guests should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, the way the situation was handled left us with a negative impression of the hotel.

Very modern, comfortable and close to the centre. Nice breakfasts and onsite parking (though €17 per day).
Nothing really.

Very Poor
The location was great Right in the heart of the old town
There was a lady at the reception when we checked in , who assigned us a room for disabled persons. We had booked a double room, so I went down to ask friendly, if we could get the room we had booked. She gave us the room we had booked, but was already annoyed because I didn't want the room for the disabled. After we had settled into our room, we discovered that a set of towels was missing. I went back downstairs to ask for towels, and after about 30 minutes and two unsuccessful phone calls to reception...there were still no towels. I went back downstairs and was rudely snapped at by the same receptionist, who said she was alone and things couldn't be done any faster. After this unpleasant experience I wrote a complaint to the HR manager. While she did apologize for this unprofessional behavior of the receptionist , she also made it clear that she had not been present during the altercation, thereby implying that it was a case of one person's word against another's That is unprofessional too! She is casting a guest, who was not treated like a guest under blanket suspicion of being a chronic complainer who might be accusing a stuff member of unfriendliness simply out of a bad mood.

Excellent location with good parking options.
Rooms are decorated with paintings of Roman Emperors. Might not be for everyone’s taste and could be intimidating foe young children.
